I’ve got one of these and only paid £50 from Screw fix. I find it to be ultra accurate once adjusted out of the box. I’ve never cut metal with it only wood. love it. Good review.

First of all, welcome back. One of my 3 fav you tubers along with badger and Keith Brown. Secondly, I’ve had my evo chop saw 15 years and it’s still only on its second blade. Bloody quality bit of kit.

Great review Paul. Think I would recommend going up a model though. I have their sliding mitre chop saw which is by far a much stronger tool.

The only complaint I have with my sliding mitre saw is all the mess it creates. Have you had any thoughts on making a dust containment/extraction unit Paul. I think it would be right up your street bearing in mind your ingenuity?
