great video Paul, what a great idea i may give it ago as i have loads of old tools and spanners in the workshop. i know what you mean about ideas in your head they never seem so hard to do in your head but sometimes they do turn out better than you could imagine. steve

Last time I cut a spanner in half it was to make a temporary replacement handle for the recliner on the driving seat of the car. That was five years ago! 😂 I'll ever look at old spanners the same way again after watching this (he he)

Lol just the same the guards on my grinders came off some 13 years ago and I've never fitted them back. I know it's for safety but when your stuck in a corner of a roof trying to cut into a 6 inch steel pipe they just get in the way. Great idea mate looks good. How did you get on with the new old workshop mate

Hi buddy the new old workshop is ok but the company I ordered the roofing sheets from sent the wrong thickness it was something like 0.50mm instead of 1.25mm so held up a little cheers buddy
