It seems to be a mistake. Robbie Rist played Stuffy according to all the sources I can find. The only thing I know Ben and Robbie have in common off the top of my head is they both played ninja turtles at some point. Robbie played Mikey in the first and third movie in the '90s.

And one other character you forgot to mention is Rutabaga Rabitowitz from the show Bojack Horseman but I understand why people forget about him but he is my own personal favorite character from the show.
