Evolution Of Daniel Ricciardo In F1 (F1 2011 - 2024)

Today we look at the career of Daniel Ricciardo. Daniel would start of his F1 career at HRT where he would make his debut at the British GP in 2011 before jumping to Toro Rosso the next season where he would stay until 2013 making good progress and showing his potential in a much slower car. He would get the call up to Red Bull for 2014 replacing the retiring Mark Webber and would go on to consistently beat his team mate Sebastian Vettel who was the reigning world champion at the time and win 3 races that season. He would then win another 4 races with Red Bull until he left the team and jumped to Renault for 2019 claiming he wanted a new challenge. Daniel would be competing mostly around the mid-field with his time at Renault but did pick up 2 podiums in 2020. He would then move to McLaren for the 2021 and 2022 season where he would pick up his first and latest win to this day at Monza 2021. 2022 Would be a real struggle for Daniel and would see him loose his seat and leave him without a drive for 2023. That was until AlphaTauri would call him up to replace the Nyck de vries mid season where he has been able to build himself backup again to that old Daniel we all know and love. And as we now look to 2024 the season has started off pretty slow for the honey badger and if he wants to work his way back to the red bull seat for 2025 he will really need to bring out the best Daniel. From 2014-2020 Danny Ric was just fun to watch on and off the track Daring overtakes or defensive drives that are fair but not to the point where you’re pushing someone off Amazing ability to extracting every single ounce of performance from the car To top it off always a delightful personality. @@LH44EVER He has been trying to adapt to the car since 2021. And now in 2024 he still hasn't adapted to the car. He will probably never say "I've adapted to the car" again. (Yuki made his debut in 2021.)

Correction:Ricciardo did not score 7th in Singapore,he crashed there.He scored his second 7th place of 2013 in Italy. And Ricciardo only scored two podiums in 2020,in the Eifel GP and Emilia Romagna GP.

I’m pretty sure Ricciardo DNF’ed at Singapore in 2013 also 1:40 Daniel only got 2 podiums. Esteban got a podium at Sahkir not Daniel

All his different possible universes ended up in disaster. Stay in RB = lose to Max. Stay in Renault/Alpine = dead last team. Stay in McLaren = lose to Norris again. Left RB, left Renault/Alpine, left McLaren = basically dead last anyway.
