Daniyal Kazi My point was that Bowser will always be on the bottom of my list since he's basically the most unoriginal final boss in a Mario-game, ever. But if I had to rate them, I would say: 3. Bowser (original) 4. Bowser (Color Splash) 5. Bowser (Sticker Star) The Bowser from the original at least still had his personallity and lots of great character moments. Color Splash cut down his personallity to like 10% and Sticker Star got rid of his personality alltogether.

Actually they didn't cut Bowser's personality down to 10% It's more along the lines of 35.2857124% The reason why is because when a color is soaked into a character in this game, the color will bring out one of seven attributes that the character has. It doesn't completely remove the other attributes though, otherwise his personality would be down to 14.2857124% It only makes the other parts of the character's personality decrease in size. Also, Black Bowser doesn't get much screen time to develop his character, but Peach constantly informs you of what's going on at Bowser's castle and what Bowser's been doing.

Mario needs to be a final boss. Bowser was the final boss in "Paper Mario", "Paper Mario: Sticker Star" & "Paper Mario: Color Splash". Peach was the final boss in "Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door". Luigi was the final boss in "Super Paper Mario". If there's a new Paper Mario game coming, Mario should be the final boss.

My thoughts on the final bosses: *Paper Mario:* Still awesome to this day. In my opinion this is the best Bowser battle we've ever gotten. *The Thousand Year Door:* Near perfection, both in terms of difficulty and atmosphere. The Shadow Queen is incredibly intimidating, and the battle with her reflects that very well. Still the best final boss of any Mario game to date. *Super Paper Mario:* While this is a brilliant battle story-wise, the easy difficulty hinders it from being on the same level as the final bosses from PM and TTYD. *Sticker Star:* A fitting final boss for this game, considering how awful it was. This battle is lacking in every sense of the word. *Color Splash:* While this is slightly better than Sticker Star's final battle, that's not really saying much. This is still rather bad for a final boss, both in terms of story and gameplay. When looking at it, I'd say all these bosses reflect my opinions on their games in general.

gamewizard2008 Yeah, but that just made it worse in my opinion. I mean, why have him be possessed if he still has the same personality and does the same shit he would have done otherwise? I mean, if Bowser was simply being a jerk instead of being possessed, nothing would have changed, so what was even the point? Besides, he was possessed in Sticker Star too, so it's not like Color Splash is any different. When I think about it, Color Splash and Sticker Star have pretty much the exact same story. But that's the thing, a lot of people claim Color Splash is so much better than Sticker Star but honestly, aside from being slightly more polished, the only real difference I see between the games is that Color Splash has a better sense of humor.

Not even close to the level design of the original games, but admittedly a big step up from SS. It's one of the few aspects aside from humor where CS is clearly better than SS. As for the puzzles, I have to disagree. I honestly think they were absolutely terrible, one of the worst aspects of the game honestly, aside from the utter lack of characters or story.

@@thespectaculargamernerd8114 definitely agreed. Personally, not a fan of Paper Jam though. I also love the character Bowser has in Paper Mario, Paper Mario: TTYD, Super Paper Mario, and Bowser's Inside Story. It's so cool to have him in so many different roles - as an anti-hero of sorts in BIS, as a hero (begrudgingly) in SPM (and Super Mario RPG), and as comic relief in TTYD. I love seeing him in roles that aren't the villain. I loved it when there was more creativity in villains in the Mario RPG lines, instead of Bowser but with a plot device (stone, sticker, paint, or another Bowser). The villains went from a malevolent demon bent on world domination (Shadow Queen in TTYD), omnicide (Count Bleck and Dimentio in SPM), and a narcissistic, quick-to-anger psycho who would destroy his body for his plan (Fawful in BIS).

Yes I would LOVE a sequel to SPM! I had this idea I haven't told anyone about. So Mario and his friends are sent back to Flipside because Dimentio is back and he wants to rule all dimensions and brainwash everyone and he wants revenge on Bleck by killing his kid. He tries to steal their kid but she runs away and ends up in Flipside. Mario and Peach, Bowser, and Luigi have to stop Dimentio and save all dimensions(again). You can flip in 3D and your Tippi is Bleck and tippis kid and she was turned into a pixl. Dimentio possesses Mario and he is suspicious throughout the whole game and is the final boss he is secretly brainwashed by dimentio. Francis(nerrrrr) tries to kidnap Peach (aka "hot babe") and he is convinced later in the game that dimentio is a high technical magician and joins him. In the final battle in replacement for Mario you get Francis because dimentio bullies Francis. And of course Bowser would flail his arms.

I don't like Color Splash's final boss at all. The theme may be epic, but it's slow. All of the Paper Marios before it were fast paced. And if you're going to make something possess someone, make it its own character and give it its own form. Super Paper Mario is best game and I won't tolerate any objections!!! I love the game to death!!!! Both storyline and gameplay but Tippi and Count Bleck and Dimentio have so many dimensions to them and back story that I can't help but love them and the entire game to death!!! The music is also phenomenal during the last bit of the game beating Count Bleck and beating Dimentio and seeing the minions and there feelings revitalizing the pure hearts and watching the amazing pair get married OHHH THE NOSTALGIA AND MASTERPIECE CALLED SUPER PAPER MARIO I LOVE YOU SO MUCH (even though u have some flaws) lol

Oh very nice. And I'm so glad to see other partners being used for 64 and TTYD, it sorta gets boring seeing the same partner be used on the boss over again. For 64 I always use Parakarry for the final boss and never run out of FP spamming Shell Shot. (Sometimes Goombario's Multibonk) Likewise I always use Yoshi, Goombella and Koops a lot for the final Boss. (Vivian and Bobbery when I do Level Zero or lower leveled runs) The Shadow Queen has the most epic feel, Super Dimentio was the best in terms of plot twist and the latter too, umm.... well. I guess it's cool in Color Splash with the Black Paint, but too bad its completely wasted and used as an excuse to make fighting Bowser the big bad. 64's Bowser had epic music. I wish we had epic music like 64 Bowser, Shadow Queen and Super Dimentio. *sigh* Wish Paper Mario games could be epic again and bring us the thrills like the original 3. Good games they were.

Bowser is not that hard. The Shadow Queen is the hardest out of the 3 bosses I've faced and Super DImentio is easy. he's a joke when using BOwser and Carry. I didn't play much of Sticker Star because I have crappy vision. and I've yet to face Black Paint Bowser since I just started playing COlor Splash. Edit. Now that I beat Color SPlash. Black Bowser is the best Bowser fight in the series. he was very challenging and I love the 2nd phase where Mario and Huey worked together to block his attacks. I rank BLack Bowser as the 2nd hardest final boss so far.

Wow, Sticker star looks like garbage; I remembered it looking better. The "thing" scenes are also really bland, makes you appreciate CS a little bit more. In my opinion: PM64: The Original TTYD: The Grandiose SPM: The Magnificence Sticker Star: Garbage. Colour Splash: Just Great. SPM & CS > TTYD > 64 > SS No hate, I really like SPM and CS.

Everyone tends to bandwagon-hate Super and Sticker Star, though each do have their own value to them. I enjoy Super even though battling takes a more standard mario "active" battle system, especially the card mechanic, and Sticker Star is a good game, just not to the standards of the title "Paper Mario". if labeled as almost anything different, it wouldn't be hated as much. (Maybe sticker mario instead of paper mario)

The player knew what they were doing, new players and blind runners the boss takes a lot longer in general because it's more tricky to do in person especially when you don't know what to expect going in. The last strike in particular is just mean because after so many high speed attacks you don't expect the last one to be slow and it is so you block to early and get hit. Which drains 120 HP from you and restores nearly all of Bowser's HP.

So here's what happened... So after 4 tries fighting the freaking steak I finally did it. But I had like 6000 coins and wasted it all on the salt and pepper the grill the lemon and the steak. Then I got the orange and green paint stars and got like 500 coins in the meantime. Then I did the castle,got to the bowser fight and thought "I HAVE NO THINGS" and I lost because of the turn limit. Then I went to the roshambo temples to get money to buy things and then fought bowser. And lost again because I thought the final attack was gonna be fast. It wasn't. Then I didn't buy anything else and just went back in "maybe I didn't get enough excellent attacks" I said. "I'll beat him this time" I said. The turn limit killed me again. Then I tried again and beat bowser.

Super Paper Mario: I loved it, but the whole Twist at the end was just confusing. Paper Mario: Sticker Star: The worst one, Finale was good, gameplay was awful. Color Splash: Alot better than Sticker Star, gameplay was good, Finale could have been better.

My favorite final boss scenes: 5. Sticker Star (Silent Bowser is bland), 4. Color Splash (It felt like the Black Bowser is just a normal Bowser fight, Huey is good though), 3. Paper Mario (The Peach segment and everyone wishing make it much more great than the usual Bowser fight), 2. TTYD (Has the same Paper Mario feeling, like wishing, but Shadow Queen sure is scary to me), 1. Super Paper Mario (Basically TTYD, it has a traitor, but it has the 4 destined heroes like in TTYD story, and it has a great reunion of the long-lost lovers)
