@@Raebeing not in dream deam. Well, you can skip battle ones but anything in the overworld is unskippable. This why PiT is so hard to get into, you need to learn how to fight as baby mario, then regular mario. Then there a tuturol for luigi. Then there is the ambush tuturol, then the item use tuturol. The M block and L block tuturol, you have to do with one twice, with the regular bros then their baby selfs. It dumb as all hell

When I was younger, I kept mistiming dodging Bowser's fire and landing mario's jumping attacks in inside story because I kept focusing on luigi sleeping for some reason.
