He was planetary level even before fighting his dad, unless you missed the part David tells Bruce "And know this, we can make them, and their flags and their anthems and their governments disappear in a flash.. You in me"

I think the TV series 1977 to 1982 with Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno is the best Hulk ever. It has real human stories and in that series the Hulk played by a real actor who is also a bodybuilder. So those muscles are real too. I don't like those computer - like hulks these days. I'm sorry, I'm just old-fashioned, but I choose that great TV series with Bill bixby as Dr David Banner and Lou Ferrigno as The Incredible Hulk😄.
