Blue is my favorite character/rival in the Pokémon games and he was really amazing to battle with too. Yeah he was a jerk sometimes but he was never annoying either and I really liked batting him since I played the original pokemon red/blue on the gameboy color when I was younger. And I can't wait to battle blue again in Pokémon let's go pikachu/eevee too. I actually like blue way more than the other rivals in the later pokemon games, he wasn't annoying at all and only appeared on occasion to battle.

Besides Cynthia, no other Pokemon games were as difficult and as satisfying as Gen 1. Sorry but the sheer fact that beating every trainer is nowhere near enough to scale with the Pokemon league, defeating the league filled me with a sense of accomplishment as a child. I literally had to strategize to beat the league which is a lot for a 6 year old, but created memories I will never forget.

In the OG Yellow you eventually get all three starters along with your Pikachu. Since they are all amazing Pokemon that leaves you with two slots aside from all the starters. I guess the change was made so that you can still take two pokemon of your choice with you, instead of having to either trade in a starter for them or have a Flying type pokemon take up another space in it.

In Pokemon Black and White 2, All his Pokemon are his starterless team based on his FireRed and Leafgreen rematches but uses only Kanto Pokemon. For example, his Heracross and Tyranitar used in the rematches in FireRed and Leafgreen is replaced with Machamp and Aerodactyl respectively. And also, Blue's Champion battle theme in Black and White 2 is based on the Firered and Leafgreen version but stays true to the original Green, Red, Blue, and Yellow version.

Articuno Lv 69 And lastly Flareon. Crystal Tyspolsion Lv 77 Tyranitar Lv 71 Gyrados (Shiny ofc) 73 Crobat (Shiny. Thank you rng) Lv 69 Umbreon Lv 75 Tbh I was proving a point with this one Dunsparce Lv 67 Heart Gold Tysplosion Lv 71 Weavil Lv73 Togekiss Lv 71 Hounchkrow Lv 72 Amphoros (Ahh my first playthough, names her Amphy X :3) Lv 69 Suicune Lv 59 I usually try to limit myself to one legendary.
