It's amazing how the current WRC games still haven't caught up to WRC Rally Evolved, I have no idea why instead of improving they made the franchise worse. Still loving the old WRC games.

Really though? We have dynamic Weather and stages that are over 20 kilometers (that is over 12 miles) in length . Total of 21 different rallies and dynamic weather, tire wear system and an advanced career mode. Add to that historic vehicles WRC Rally evolved just had a Championship mode, rallies only from the calendar , no dynamic weather, no tire wear system and only current (at the time) vehicles. There were only 3 stages per rally - each stage round 5.5 km (round 3.5 mi) Notes: -the 20 kilometer stages are just combination of all stages in rally - they aren't individually made, that said, they are still bigger than the total of 16.5 in Rally Evolved + there are 5 more rallies in WRC:G than in WRC:RE -There are no random events in WRC:G, contrary to WRC:RE -There are Extreme versions of vehicles in WRC:RE, but that doesn't really count, since there is more vehicles in WRC:G and they aren't fictional, they actually raced in WRC

Even though they had 20 years and 20x the processing power, cars still behave like they're running on asphalt. Absolutely no camera shake. Car games have made zero advances in the sensation of speed. In fact, it's gotten worse. The camera is smoother to showcase the graphics.

I played first 4 chapeters than 2010 and 2011. I didn't like 2012 and 2013. Tried may be Wrc 6 in 2016, again strange feeling. Missing all the others. Curious about 7, 8, 9 and 10. Now I'm in love with Generations, strange feeling during U turns, still loosing traction on rear wheels sometimes, but driving model is suitable for my skills with pad (even if I feel the lack of a steering wheel cause steering with pad is too "on\off"). Considering I love also Dirt 2.0 and Assetto Corsa (Trento Bondone and Turini on Ford Focus) I was wondering if look for Wrc from 7 to 10. Need more realistic tracks. And about Generation I hope they will correct a few bugs from audio and set up menù and add cars and tracks in the future cause it's a bit too "skinny"

Sure, it was the 2005 WRC game for the PSP. I wasn't allowed to buy a PS2 as a teenager, so I secretly bought a PSP. Before that, I played the Colin McRae Rally games on PC. Once I got a PS2, I got WRC 4 (2004), and Rally Evolved (2005). Now I'm old as shit, but my PS2 still works. Bought WRC 2 from 2002 the other day, I'm gonna have some retro fun
