When it starts to clean it puts some dirty water back into the pond for a few seconds the 4 inch internal pipe in my view needs to be a little longer apart from that it works well I have 2 of them

For what these things cost (even second hand!), you would've thought that the manufacturer could've made improvements before putting it on the market. It's like someone has thought "how can I turn a multi bay filter into a compact?" then done the bare minimum. As it stands, it's not a bad compact filter system BUT, unless you attend the cleaning process, you still end up with loads of detritus in the bottom of both chambers and still plenty of fines getting through the K1

I had a eazypod fitted 8 weeks ago,it replaced an old sponge filter l used trouble free for years.Since eazypod fitted,water quality very cloudy and smelly,some fish died rest very lethargic.Tried bio balls,aqua bombs no better.Also 50% water change and no feeding for one w
