The absolute minimum amount of hammers that I will collect before I begin smashing eggs is 58. This is enough to activate all the eggs around 50%-60% of the time (and gain the Caesar's Egg rewards) as it usually requires two attempts to activate each egg. I always begin cracking the eggs first thing in the morning, after I've accumulated at least 58 hammers, because of the cooldown timer between crackings.

looks like now is harder, i hit 3 times the 12 egg and didnt activate it, 79 hammers and couldn't get the caesar egg...

@@zeitok8 Yeah, I think they've adjusted the odds of activating the eggs to make it more difficult. Now it's good to save up at least 76 hammers before you begin cracking.

Thanks for clarifying that. I just started playing and found them a bit confusing. I collected 29 hammers to smash them all and there was more to it tgan that. I noticed you are VIP13. I am only VIP4 as of today. What is the best way to increase my VIP points? I feel so limited.

I was looking to do a video on VIP soon so that may help a little with understanding it although do note that getting the VIP level I have takes either a very very long time or requires spending a lot of real money in the game. The VIP points can be gained from consecutive logins each day and also from time to time in "random" chests and event rewards (very limited), other than that you can get it from purchases. You do get additional benefits from my kind of VIP level although all anyone really needs in the short term is VIP 5, due to it giving you an additional march for use in gathering etc. You can get 500+ points per login when you successfully rack up a large consecutive login streak

Normally I am waiting for something to free up but tonight it felt wide open in comparison. I have a few more questions but I will slot them in the appropriate places. Thanks for the reply.

@@brandywine4000 Yep, makes sense. Somebody told me you need 70 total. If that is true and you start at 60, then the ball is rolling and you should be able to collect the difference on time if you're active.

I noticed you have a ton of hammers? Do you just save them? I use mine as a get them? And our able to save hammers for the next egg event or do they dissappear when the event is over?

They persist through each event, I have saved them through just being too busy to remember to use them sometimes lol

The crazy egg event comes and goes, if it is no longer in the event center you will get it again sometimes soon if that is what you are referring to?

Call me unlucky 😂 I have had to crack h the 3 hammer egg 8 times for it to activate and the 6 hammer egg 6 times. Looking for a strategy to cracking them for better success.

I didn't know it can get so bad! Who knows maybe if you are a higher VIP level they make it easier lol.. i mean I haven't seen anyone mention a way to do it easier, perhaps try doing them in a different order?
