Quick question, are you offering the gems prior to using the 200 tributes?

i did do this as once you offer a lot of tributes the price will be very high, meaning you shouldn't offer with gems afterwards. You don't need to offer with gems at all first, however, it means you get a little extra exp from your tributes by doing this.

Great vid. Quick question--how does offering relate to your Rank? I've asked high ranking people in my Alliance and even they didn't know. If there's no relation, how do you get your rank up? Is it covered in another vid?

Well the offering, depending on talents and shrine level, will award you with prestige which affects rank. The more tributes you offer per day (or gems) the more prestige you get per offer, this is a primary reason for trying to use many tributed at once. Also prestige may be gained from attacking monsters and boss monsters. It is very important to do both of these things for rank

In order to get the most from offering tributes you need to spend a lot of gems prior to using the tributes. Therefore it is paramount to save as many tributes as possible before offering to ensure you are not wasting thousands of gems. I recommend saving up at least 100 tributes minimum before trying this.

Is there a way to see how much *Prestige* you have built up?? Someone told me check it in the *Shrine,* but that just shows a bar that does not match up to your current rank. I know there is a *Prestige* amount you have to reach in order to progress in rank, but I don't know how much I have amassed now!!

Also, I have been told that you lose *Prestige* when you lose a battle that is the same as how many troops you lost.... Does that mean if your cities are attacked, and you lose the defense too??

William and Menshikov are entirely different generals, Menshikov is good for being put on duties inside of the keep for increased construction speed whereas William is an okay starter general to use in PvP battles, however do try to swap him for a better one when you can by checking out my other general guides available on my youtube channel!

most likely you will, how long that takes is entirely based on the server you are in. Although you may prevent this by participating in events and killing lots of boss monsters (or joining rallies) everyday for additional prestige

So what I am wondering is does the rank and buffs that you get from making tributes and offerings with gems reset each day or are they permanent? Like would I have to offer x gems in order to receive the troop buffs each day? The prestige resets?

Prestige does not reset, it accumulates over time, although you may lose benefits if you fall in the leaderboards for prestige.

This video helps a lot. I have an issue with my rank. I'm still knight rank although I have I have over 81k points. Can anyone tell me why?

this can be down to a couple of reasons. Firstly, you may not have the rank due to the leaderboards lagging behind. If you have increased your rank within the last week a lot, the leaderboards might not be updated yet. This can be checked by going to the leaderboards tab and clicking the rank ranking option. This Rank Ranking will have a refresh timer displayed at the top for when your rank will next be updated. Lastly, if you have built your rank over some time your issue is most likely that you are not high enough in the leaderboards to be eligible for the rank. Again, check this in the leaderboards. Your current rank is displayed at the top and you may compare that to the requirements as listed in the tab at the bottom that mentions rank detail.let me know if either of these two issues are the reason behind this, goodluck!
