If you are playing the game constantly, applying all of your VIP time is the thing to do just by using those items in your inventor, this can be checked by clicking your VIP time by clicking the VIP level in the top left. Also you can only apply a general when they are a high enough level/ you have cultivated them to a high enough level so keep going!

Might wanna mention that while refining every time you check out new stats that even if you hit cancle it still cost you gems. I jusy blew 6k gems with no stat changes....

Hi! #EvonyGuides, I learnt a lot from your videos. I'm very much new to this game with only K27. My question is: those gear making takes longer, so is there any way to reduce the forging time without using speed ups? Is there any particular research that can be done?

Thank you for the helpful video. I was wondering if certain scrolls are intentionally more rare than others within a set. For example so far I have gotten somewhere between 35 and 40 kings scrolls and only 1 helmet and no leg armor scrolls at all while getting 8 sword scrolls and 6 chest armor scrolls. Is there any method to getting the kind you need or is it totally random?

It may be the case that the rarity of pieces of a set is different, however, the chance of getting them is equally random, you can't "try" to get a certain one unfortunately

*Agreed* It seems that the ring scrolls are the rarest, and the weapons scrolls are the most likely to drop from the chests. *RNG* in games is a pig!!

Do stats on gear, such as the 18% double drop rate on the Ranged King Ring, stack with general skills, specifically Baibars 25% double drop rate. Or would you only get the 25%.

You may or may not have unlocked the event yet (based on server age) but the viking event will give gold rewards, which i do have a small guide on.. also goblins on the world map, completing daily activities in the tavern building and many other events such as battlefield will give gold for participating. If you have any generals you do not need selling these will also give gold

You get them from attacking and killing bosses 8+ on the world map, as an alliance or by your self. If your alliance is killing them, you can join their alliance rally with one mounted troop to get rewards without needing to help kill it. Alternatively high level packs, purchasable with real money sometimes will have some good gear scrolls in them. Although you can purchase scrolls in the black market with gems it tends to be very expensive so stick to killing boss monsters

Trouble with Red gear though is they don't offer any sort of gathering speed bumps, so, maybe ok to refine to a degree to boost the gathering.

not with base stats that come with gear but red gear will allow larger refines that offer speed increases for gathering over and above the likes of yellow gears

I have a question about the gear names. I just hit lvl 23 and I have a chest Hero armor scroll that I'm eager to use. For the most part I spend my time killing monsters so I operate with a cavalry heavy march. I want the chest armor that boosts mounted troops, and according to what I'm looking at the Ranged Hero Armor has mounted troop attack, defense with lumber speed and ranged HP. While the " Mounted Hero Armor" seems to have zero mounted attributes, it has instead siege, ranged, food speed and ground troop defense? What am I missing. If they are mixed up I don't want to start the wrong one and ruin resources. Just looking for some confirmation that it's just oddly named and "Ranged Hero Armor" is the best for mounted troops. Thank you for the support on the videos! Yes the stats you see are correct and the names are incorrect or at least dumb. You can ignore the names and compare the stats instead and you'll be able to make the best decision for yourself. Although it's fine if you do not plan in engaging in high level attacks against other players, just remember mounted is the worst troop type in PvP in general

I understand your point on PVP, I guess ultimately I plan on having a boss set of general gear and a PvP set. And since I do way more monster hunting currently to grow, I figure I'll start there.

Hello! I'm curious if the buffs on some of these yellow or orange weapons/armor applies to wall generals and their ability to protect. For example, I have Dao and Johnston and want to equip them with the best armor or is it not necessary?

Yes you will want gear on a general you apply to the wall. You do not need gear for generals used in duties or only debuff gear for subordinate city generals

duty generals do not need any gear, they will be the same with or without it!

What do you gain from upgrading your forge between level 21 and level 27? Do you craft at a greater speed? Etc.

you do not get increased crafting speed however upgrading the forge between those levels unlocks the ability to craft dragon gear (red)

It's dumb the amount of gear that appears to be named incorrectly, it's always best to compare gears manually and ignore any names given

What’s a better skill for a general, defense or hp? Example: range troop defense vs range troop hp.

I recommend going for HP for any type of troop being used with a particular general. I have seen some people also recommending to use both defense AND hp books when using ground, usually on a defense, but attack too potentially.

If your a none pay player and the server just started should I really just keep blue gear and not forge until I can get kings?

I personally believe you can go either way. Saving for kings is great, but not all players can get it quick enough to warrant waiting. I would say try your best to save but opting for a slightly easier orange gear is helpful for those that don't see themselves getting kings anytime soon

You can remove them and put them on another general infinitely and without cool down

you want to be using mounted gear on generals that have mounted stats such as martinus, and ranged on ranged/siege generals such as gwanggaeto. always double down on one type of troop where possible

use mounted troops only, use the mortality talent for your monarch and upgrade your mounted general, gear and researches to help do more damage to these bosses

You may gain lots of materials by attacking monsters and boss monsters. Also just generally completing a lot of different events in the event center etc will give some materials. Be sure to open all your chests and rewards in your inventory!

i am a new player my three builders are completely stopped the clocks on the buildings they are doing are at a stand still.... I am at 100% construction daily activity does this mean i cant build anymore?

Im not entirely sure what you mean, you do have to buy your builders to have more than one at a time with gems. Then have enough resources to start a new building manually, if all your buildings are the same level as your keep, you must upgrade your keep before levelling other things again

Hey can someone please tell me if there is any other way to get crafting scrolls for the high end general gear, besides getting lucky from chests?? I only ask because I seem to have some kind of bug in my account where I *ALWAYS* get the same scrolls, every time I open a chest. I have been trying to complete the Arch set, but after a couple of years playing, and having literally opened at least a *Thousand* arch chests, I have *NEVER* once gotten a ring scroll.... I know it is supposedly random, but after a certain amount of tries, and never getting lucky, I am starting to seek other ways to be able to craft the rings, that do not force me to rely on what is *obviously a rigged RNG script!!*

Every time I open a scroll chest, I seem to get another scroll to craft a bow, or a spear, but never any other part of the sets, and after but so many times, it feels like those are the only thing that is actually in the loot table for the chests.... I mean, I could seriously craft enough bows / spears now to outfit an entire army, but couldn't make them any good armor, or rings!!

You may get warrior scrolls for gear by killing bosses level 8/9 and also theives. If you kill bosses above that you can get kings gear scrolls and then B12 onwards starts giving dragons/ach gear (red).

If you mean the scrolls, I haven't experienced such a drop rate and the drop rate is the same for everyone, other than the ability to get double drop rate. You just need to be doing the correct level bosses, 8 through 15. If you cannot attack these bosses then get an alliance member to help out if possible.
