at this point i don't think its adoption as much as it is offering better contracts. Mata, Michi, and Kuro all left niji voluntarily, mata and michi left because they felt they copuldnt go anyt further in company. Kuro felt like niji had lost its magic and wasn't having fun there anymore. Its not like niji it telling them they need to graduate. and with everything we've learned at this point about niji i dont blame them. vshojo offers more suipport to their talents and more freedom to let them do the things they want. Its more like a rehab center than anything.

I still say they aren't within the good realm personally not until they actually hold true to the original idea behind their , now failed, audition that even if your small you can join the company. I've long since moved past that flaming dumpster but the idea behind it should still be kept as its getting harder and harder people with good talent to find any kind of success as an indie and its literally next to impossible to join most corpos nowadays unless you "big".

They didn't, just people like yourself hold them accountable for a model they never promised and which simply didn't work for them (or did you forget about the exodus they had). The current model works far better for them with the current members kind of vetting indies based on whether they actually get along with them or by hiring past Corpos who either get on well with existing members (Matara and Michi having a past relationship with Kuro) or just seem really nice (Henya); there are a couple of indies that maybe could sign with VShojo soon and one of those is obkatiekat, who has collaborated with a bunch of members and who has also contributed to VShojo member projects (she did the English voices bit Michi's lore video) They could still do auditions but there are going to be those who audition who have collaborated with members in the past (Haruka) and that creates cronyism and you then have a bunch of whiners screaming it is unfair despite it being patently obvious that it makes more sense to hire someone who already gets on with multiple members. Just the fact they are willing to help non-members so much, in of itself puts them in the good spot (they weren't looking for Male members when they helped Kuro sort his finances/tax issues out) and Mint has made it clear that she wasn't ever joining but they still lined up contacts for her including getting her Merch (singular and joint merch with Matara).

Michi is my girl crush ever since I've seen clips in her PL. One thing I noticed is that she became crazier, more experimental and creative since she joined VShojo. I love that side of her and how she's with a great company and friends who can bring out the best out of her. I love her cheekiness and how she can radiate high energies, quite a fun thing to know especially that I remember Kuro have mentioned in his PL before that she may come of as someone shy and quiet. I'm relatively new to the V-tubing community, but the first company I ever heard about was Nijisanji and their Graduations. I looked up what it ment for a V-tuber because I was confused as to why so many kids were graduating at different times and not in spring. I learned its not a bad thing but... when your company's name is associated with so many people leaving, there might be a problem. IDK who Mochi was in her past life but so far I'm enjoying her in this life. :3 Ironmouse is my Oshi and VShojo has my support for what they are doing.

It's nice that those wronged by Niji are able to find a home with Vshojo; I just hope one day they'd bring on new talents. Whenever a graduation from Niji happens people almost always say....wait for Vshojo announcement of new member. It's kind of sad sometimes....there's no mystery or surprise, at least for me; no new talents to experience and grow with. This is just my opinion....not dumping on anyone.
