Any normal management would’ve stopped Enna from saying such things or even helped her to cope with mass criticism. But of course it’s Niji so she had to deal with this herself and evidently she isn’t doing very well. She clearly doesn’t have a backup plan to simply leave. If people wanted her to leave, they better hope Enna is mentally stable enough to understand the situation she’s in, and that she’s going to have a second chance to recover from this trauma once she leaves Niji. The problem is that a lot of these talents are young and have admitted that this is their first corporate job and so they don't know that this isn't normal. Plus Niji has unreasonable contracts they don't give the talents any time to read, and again a lot of talents are lacking in the life experience to know that contracts actually AREN'T always legally binding, so they feel more stuck than they really are.

Anyway, to address the latter point of your comment, I've noticed that as well, how absolutely no one admits to any wrongdoing, be it by certain talents or the company as a whole. They always act like all criticism is unwarranted and then turn around and criticise their critics. I know that, just as a rule, you wouldn't talk bad about a company for which you work, but would it really be so horrible for just one talent to come out and say, "Yeah, this company has issues"? I hope the best for the NEXAS talents, but frankly, I'm highly skepticle of the company to say it lightly. The way they've decided to do it clearly takes no consideration for the talents involved. Anyone who has been in the community for a while knows the tragedies that are likely to follow when doing debuts without the proper management set in place, and you want me to believe that a completely new company with basically nothing to start on has the management to handle that many debuts? Unless the CEO behind the scenes is some massive millionaire that has invested incredibly large sums into this project, it's simply not realistic for them to have everything needed for something of this scale. And that's not even going over the fact that it's being done on a different platform, which leaves them with no pre-established safety net from the overall vtuber community. Don't get me wrong, moving onto a seperate platform in and of itself is smart, they'd be going into a newer market with the potential of a way bigger profit, but that's only if handled correctly, which this isn't. It's like if you wanna go into stocks and investments, and you put everything you own into a single random almost untouched investment all at once in one single transaction. I do think it kind of makes sense that they would debut so many talents all at once on such a new platform. I'm not saying it's a good business strategy (frankly, there are enough v-tubers out there that most would not go through the effort of joining a completely new streaming service). But if it is such a new platform then it makes sense to populate it with a lot of talents, especially since that way Nexas would likely be the biggest company on that specific platform right away. Those who do start using AniLive to watch V-tuber content will inevitably stumble across their first wave and their company, so it's a pretty solid way to make it difficult for competitor companies to get a start on that platform. I don't personally think it'll take off just yet due to all the other more accessible platforms that still have a lot of content and which people are used to using. But people's discontent with KZbin and Twitch specifically has been growing for a while. So I could see AniLive actually becoming more popular over time when established V-Tubers start moving there.

Vstream was a similar vtuber-only streaming platform that started about a year ago but recently shut down. Their biggest issue was that, while the vtubers streaming there were all talented and entertaining (one of them is a friend of mine and another is one of my kamioshis), none of them ever brought in the numbers necessary to justify the existance of the streaming platform. With the exception of one, they all streamed on both twitch and Vstream and the Vstream numbers were just sad. But at least Vstream could be watched on browser and didn't require an app, but this one is just setting itself up for failure, which is unfortunate since I'm sure the vtubers debuting in it are all talented and entertaining

I think Enna's right about this, but she needs to understand that they're doing it because Nijisanji is now hated by everyone after the Selen situation. But I also believe that she can make her own decision to stay in Nijisanji. If you don't like Nijisanji and the livers, don't watch the livestreams. But yeah, that's just my two cents on this.

With that beard, Vox looks more like Vamp from the Metal Gear Solid games. For anyone unfamiliar with the character, Vamp's essentially a vampire who loves innuendo as much as inflicting pain, and he talks with a low almost ASMR-esque voice. As for comparing Vox to him, it's not exactly a flattering observation.

at this point Enna and the rest of them need to shut up and stop bringing up anything they don't like from "antis" if they want it to go away but they wont especially Enna since she loves to hear herself talk. As far as Nexas I would probably did 3 talents a day over 9 straight days to give the talents some space to breath on debuts.

Big yikes man. The wording of her could backfire badly. I dislike NIJI but I kinda understand her stance against the hate train and brigading that are persisting after 2 months. But I feel like she should’ve worded it better or just ignore the comment and pick other comment. Thats how real life celebrities do. They dodge questions. You either respond sincerely or don’t. Don’t wave criticism with like “get a life” or “you are mentally ill”. Thats like touching the borders of ableism. I guess she gets a pass if she is objecting actual harassment.
