Japan wouldn't levy any real charges against Niji. They're very lenient on foreign affairs involving them, and it's seen as acceptable conduct if they're bringing in money, long as they're loyal to Japan. you should be cautious about overdoing literally anything, so whats your point? mixing alcohol with energy drinks is risky, if you drink several cans. drinking one or two drinks every now and then is no problem. also the biggest problem when mixing is not the concotion itself, but the sweet taste making the alcohol much easier to drink and make it easier to drink too much without realizing. way to make a big deal out of pretty much nothing. in my generation everyone drank mixed drinks, a lot. and i dont know of a single person who had any problems with it. because we werent retarded, something i couldnt say about people in the comment section. I've told this around already there and I'm gonna say it here too. As someone who drinks plenty of alcohol and caffeine, I have some advice. First and foremost, DO NOT MIX ALCOHOL AND ENERGY DRINKS DRINK EITHER ONE OR THE OTHER. second, never drink more than you can handle unless you're at home where you can easily help yourself to a bathroom or a bed. If you're nauseous and not feeling well, stop drinking immediately. Always have a meal before or during drinking Never mix alcohol, if you're to start with vodka, finish with vodka, do not drink anything else. If you're nauseous and want to lay down,lay with your head lifted or on your side.

As well, make sure someone checks on you regularly while overintoxicated (There is a danger of asphyxiation from vomit and alcohol can cause extreme shallow breathing). NEVER EVER DRIVE DRUNK!!! The Four Loko incident scared a lot of people off in the English-speaking world. Alcoholic energy drink, went as well as you'd expect, bad things happened including deaths, they got sued, and the original formula was banned in the US. The current one is a questionable idea but much less hazardous. Still got people mixing Red Bull and vodka though.

Worth pointing out these "energy drinks" they are talking about are only 52mg of caffeine per 250ml can, it's basically a can of diet coke, and they are talking about mixing it with a 15% abv drink. It's not a lot of alcohol, and it's a trivial amount of caffeine. Something like a rum and coke, or expresso martini are going to have more caffeine and alcohol. Like I'm all about jumping on Niji for doing dumb stuff, but the only dumb stuff here is calling this drink an "energy drink." This isn't a Red Bull or Celsius. Don't mix Celsius Heat with Vodka, you are going to have a very bad day, and warning people about this stuff is good. There's a difference between a 300mg caffeine per can energy drink, and a 52mg per can "energy drink" though.

We do that here in Finland all the time, literally every bar serves energy drink + vodka or other liquor mixes, of course the amount of hard liquor per serving is restricted due to the alcohol laws here, but it really isn't a big deal, unless you go absolutely crazy and down them like no tomorrow.

Definitely not less in soju, which is what Chamisul is. Original Chamisul (the drink they recommend before the flavored ones) is 20% ABV; a little stronger than sake, about on the level of a fortified wine like Port or Sherry. Vodka and Red Bull isn't done in a 1:1 ratio either, most people do it as a shot of vodka with a half-can (or more) or of Red Bull, which makes it more like a 1:3 ratio.

People said the person was "change" by someone who sound similar, but there is no evidence yet. Until now, she is the only case where someone "graduate" and comes back. But this is the same situation as Kizuna Ai when they change the person who was AI. There was a massive backlash about it. And i do believe Anycolor almost try to pull a fast one like this but fail, due the situation that fans were discontent about it, and from there it borns the fact retired ones has also their models "retired" too.

To be fair mixing alcohol and caffenaited drinks is quite common. Take Cuba Libre (cola and rum) for example. However energy drinks have far higher content of caffein in them and it really is a dangerous thing to do. Especially if you get drunk and loose your "limiter".

When I was younger I would mix energy drink, poweraid, and everclear. It's seriously intense. While you're seated you don't feel drunk at all. I think the electrolytes and caffine were at play there. The moment you stand up though the alcohol hits you hard. One guy who had been complaining about not getting drunk off it decided to go out and smoke. he stood up and immediately face planted. he was out til morning. I was a heavy smoker at the time and needed to go outside to smoke, but just about shared the same fate and decided there that I wasn't that in need of nicotine and sat back down. It's hard to moderate. Doesn't help we all had it mixed in our camelbaks. There was a whole 1-2 liters depending on the pack that we couldn't see and didn't make us feel drunk until it was too late. Definitely don't do it.

IMO even just suggesting a cocktail or alcohol mixtures should be done responsibly. Heck, even fruit punches that may seem like harmless fruit juices, people could die from alcohol poisoning without knowing. Also, when it comes to making suggesting mixes, people should also pay close attention with the measurement including the ABV since just eyeballing the ratio isn't really gonna make it easy depending if someone have more or less alcohol resistance. In worse case, beginners would often mistaken that all alcohols of same type are the same ABV. As someone who enjoys mixing (though by profession) in regular basis, I would usually share a light, regular and heavy ratio and what exact alcohol brand is used (probably remind about the ABV too) so that people will have an idea on how they can play around to find what's just right for them. Needless to say, alcohol and energy drinks is one of the most evil mixes that even experienced people should be wary of. The mechanics of alcohol as depressant while energy drink's stimulant may seem to cancel out each other but as long as alcohol is still in your blood, poisoning still happens. Worse is that caffeine makes it less noticeable since you'd feel less drunk. If that alone doesn't convince you, I once did that to myself back when I was younger, it wasn't even that much but it's enough to me feel terrible. Imagine being very sleepy and tired when alcohol finally kicked in but you can't even wink your eye because caffeine is in your system. Being 100% awake and yet aware that my body is too tired and sleepy but even trying to sleep will wake me up every few minutes. That keeps on looping all night enough to make me overthink my bad decision for the entire time and fear that my heart is literally dropping. At the end of the ordeal, it made my hangover worsen by lack of sleep. 😵‍💫Just note that my experience is probably not even the worse case yet since I'm not a heavy drinker.

I'm reminded of when four loko energy drinks got banned in the states. Though the issue with that one is that it was an energy drink being sold at gas stations and no one noticed that it had alcohol content in it. Long story short it caused a lot of unintentional duis and even a major crash due to getting drunk off it. No one even realised that they were getting drunk because the caffeine was cancelling out the depressants in the alcohol, which is one of the issues that the combination presents and needless to say its something you shouldn't do outside of maybe 1 mix.

red bull and vodka is a very well known and loved combo where I'm from so I don't think this is a big deal. If you drink and mix you should be aware of the risks and drink responsibly. If you're old enough to drink you should also be old enough to know healthy limits.

It should not be up. This video is caulk full of misinformation and straight up slander. ASAP pretty heavily suggests that Nijisanji said to look into the mixture as it could be a problem. ASAP did so and found no issues. There are no reports of hospitalizations due to this collab. The government action mentioned seems to be due to another viral tweet about a 14 year old mixing monster and an alcohol (a way more deadly mixture than the one advertised). The tweet was taken down but you can still find screenshots if you do your own research. Khyo did a terrible job reporting on this, cleared none of the misinformation surrounding it and in fact less to more people being misinformed. There is plenty to criticize Nijisanji for but this is not it.
