As i find somewhere: the best way to «hurt» any streamer that you don't like is: 1) Just don't show up on the stream (at all, like AT ALL); 2) Don't press «dislike» button (because even dislikes makes the video/stream recommended more often); 3) If you see the stream on your main page - just mark it as «Not Interested», or «Don’t recommend channel» That's it.

I'm just wondering, what wrong did Elira do other then have the video on her account? She said it was up to her but due to how she was talking it very much sounded forced but that could be just me. Vox was the clear aggressor and Ike seemed insincere. I saw nothing technically wrong with Elira. I think the video shouldn't have been made nor posted when Doki was live, but I never heard hate in her words. I heard fear and worry. I'm not saying that Elira couldn't be a bully or someone who also harassed Doki behind the scenes, but in the video specifically I didn't see that. I mean I was bullied most of my school life so maybe I just have a bigger tolerance for that kind of stuff but I've watched specifically her 3-4 minute part of the video so many times I can basically quote it. I didn't see any ill-intention. She didn't invalidate Doki's feelings nor her attempt like Vox did. Also I really would like to have a civilized conversation about this- I myself have gotten death threats and people telling my to kms due to even asking this stuff. The only people who were allowed to see the lawsuit document were the staff and their lawyers but somehow the Livers saw it. Doki/Selen never publicly said who specifically was bullying her BUT Elira said she AND Millie were specifically named in the lawsuit. Why were they named? Unless they were the ones who were bullying her, there would be no other reason as to why their names would come up. People are also saying Enna was the third bully and that she also outed herself as-well but I don't know how exactly.

I don’t mind that they felt “hurt” by Doki’s actions since they’re entitled to their own feelings (In my opinion tho, Doki didn’t do anything wrong, since the leak came from Niji’s side of things) It’s the fact that they timed it with her stream that rubbed me the wrong way, it comes across as a targeted attack and has since changed my perspective of Elira, Ike, and Vox. Before that I held the “Screw the management but support the Livers” stance, but it was that stream that got me to start thinking and seriously considering which of the Livers I do support.

She noticed they weren't taking her seriously and she got louder about it. She went on to say that livers have more power in these companies than the general public may realize. They have managers, but THE TALENTS are the source of income. If your income gets pissed, that talent is more inclined to damage your brand, and so on.

Yeah, Vox said anyone can leave at any time, but if she's on a work visa, that means doing so means she's stuck in a foreign country that she might not have a way to get out of without Niji's work Visa. Not to mention just because Vox said anyone can leave doesn't mean that's accurate. I remember hearing quite a few times (admittedly I can't recall where exactly tho) that you need permission to graduate, you can't actually walk away, and with how Niji's been acting, I'd personally believe that pretty easily. Maybe there's no consequences straight from Niji for leaving the company, like a lawsuit, a fine, etc., but there sure as hell are consequences for leaving your job that don't come from your former employer, whether we're talking about Nijisanji or any other employer, the most glaring of which being of course your income suddenly becoming literally nothing because you're unemployed. Mixed feelings on this. I feel that Nijisanji as a whole needs to be held accountable and shouldn’t get to play the tried and true method of “don’t talk about it, wait it out”. Less than a year ago, I was watching Elira play through Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Elira went from 606k subs to 557k subs (a loss of ~9.2%). Last I heard the CCV count of NijiEN was down by an average of like 2/3, though that was weeks ago, so it's probably bounced back at least somewhat since then. While I think Elira should have quit rather than obey her bosses and make that video, I'm not without sympathy for the position they put her in, and if I ever watched her in the first place I might consider watching her again some time after her inevitable graduation. In any case the financial impact of firing Selen certainly has not been "negligible".

I looked forward to LazuLight when they debuted, Elira and Pomu were my stand-outs (Since Finana was a day late.) The only "recovery" at this stage is the internet forgetting, which is difficult for content creators as their job is to draw public attention which in turn reminds people of them and by extension what they did. Open support of Niji who at the very least seemed to be in the wrong and were actively turning the public against themselves by fumbling with every move they made was a bad start, and claiming she volunteered her channel for it pushed harder into that. The fact it was "coincidentally" timed to go live as Doki did for her first gaming stream post return didn't help impressions either. Then there was admitting to reading legal documents that they shouldn't have access to due to an NDA, which made Niji look _even worse_ during a month where everyone was questioning if NijiEN even had a PR team or legal department, and then there was the Vox section, with Ike rubbing salt in at the end with "We can't say any more than we already have, please don't ask" as if they hadn't already said far too much. Some were saying/ hoping that it was actually a script Nijimangement gave them and forced them to read, which if the leaked contract even slightly resembles their signed contracts would certainly be possible, but either way it's not a good place to be. If they quit in protest people probably would've supported them, but after that stream there's a lot less good will towards them. We already have a strong cause to suspect part of NijiEN's management cause talents to develop imposter syndrome and low self worth based off things Matara has said, and how all the ex talents have behaved, Maid Mint being a very current example having mentioned she wasn't sure people would still remember her or come watch. With that in mind, as someone on twitter mentioned the black screen stream was practically Niji putting a collar on them. Abusive sayings like "You're nothing, you'll never make it without the company" suddenly becomes a lot more true if you destroy the foundations of public goodwill the talent had to support them.

It's so wild. I got into her due to her Persona streams before this all happened, and was a fan of her since. I was also very excited for her P3 Reload playthrough. Then all this happened. A lot of very mixed feelings about everything, most of them not very good unfortunately

The fact that she mentions that the document contains info on her, millie and enna's locations is condemning in two ways. 1. Why would they be involved in a document like this unless they had something to do with Selen's issues? Why aren't other livers also included if it isnt something about them? 2. Nobody except the lawyers and selen were supposed yo see that. Ggs niji.
