I’ve plastic around the side put changed back doors to bonded glass. So much better I’ve found a cheap supplier for these vans only one I’ve found that have them

Bonded glass would certainly solve the window leak problems. They're a good van and this was a cool one to Kirk on, love the rugged look it has, just needs some all terrain tyres to finish it off I reckon.

Thanks Dave, in all honesty I've never tried a roller as I've not needed too. At some point I will experiment with them to see if you can. I would guess if you applied a couple of even coats all over then followed it with a thinned down mix of 20percent you should be able to roller a fast coast to even out the striping which you seem to get a lot of with rollering. This is just a guess though so don't quote me lol
