You're telling me they need wrong information badly? So far most everything they have claimed here is wrong. States do in fact have their own Rico statutes and this is a state case not federal. Rico was never meant to be used against gangs and the only reason they do is that Giuliani found it could be used against the mafia, also not its original intention. And it is used to get the upper-echelon people shielded by the lower people by charging them with what the lower people have done so they can get the people that are shielded. What you should have said is there is a lot that could be learned here if they would get it right.

Yeah Mac…. Do this more often…. This is a great transition into interviewing/podcasting. Pull up on people, don’t only have them in at your spot. Many more dope convos will happen if you pull up to people. Anything that happens that is meaningful, pull on people, and they don’t have to be famous. You talking and being real will be enough to draw attention. It doesn’t have to be a main thing neither. Just some supplemental shit that you hit with some regularity, but not necessarily frequently.. however make sure to keep it genuine. Don’t go interviewing anyone about anything.

It's more New York hood culture than "Black Culture". Your superego is formed from where you grew up not your race. I'm Asian American and grew up in Queens, NY around African and Latino Americans and none of them would ever accuse me of even attempting to partake in Black Culture. They'd actually probably laugh if they heard that someone from outside of America was saying that because we grew up exactly the same since we were babies and have much more in common than they do with a Black British guy from London or Paris for example. African American culture is very different from African culture, European African culture etc. It has nothing to do with race but your specific area that you grew up in. There are even White people that can come into Queensbridge or Ravenswood Houses and get love if everyone around there knew them since childhood. Again it's because culture has nothing to do with race but rather the environment you grew up in. Yes, most people grow up around people of their same ethnicity, but it's not always guaranteed, especially in some of the most diverse cities in the world like NYC, London, Toronto, Sydney etc. You will have friends from many different ethnic groups, but you will be culturally the same through socialization.

The Fed's switched the phones before they reached the inmates. So, while these guys were talking on the phone the Fed's were listening the whole time. This is one of the easiest cases the Fed's have ever built.

Oh my word fellows, why do I have to tell you this, the fact that he has no criminal charges is not to his Advantage during Rico. If anything it backs up that he is the head person giving out the orders and being protected by the others which is exactly what Rico is used for when they bring it against a criminal organization. Hence when they used it against the mafia it was to get the underbosses and bosses of the family's indicted for things their underlings did. They didn't have long rap sheet as the boss because they were shielded.
