Ex-Prisons Commissioner Isaiah Osugo is dead

Former Commissioner General Of Kenya Prisons Isaiah Mosiori Osugo died last evening at the age of 67. Osugo lost the battle to cancer at a Nairobi hospital where he was undergoing treatment.

He was a great man...RIP...he succeeded Gilbert Omondi whom I met and was granted access to all prisons in Kenya in 2008...
