A million times easier than the Terrakion solo as most of Uxie's moves don't hit as hard. Wally definitely still needs to dodge multiple moves, but what those moves are aren't as strict as Terrakion.
I was lucky to still preserve confusion by Bar 3, but I don't think that's needed for this solo to work, especially if you're able to instaqueue sync as you enter Bar 3. But even without, with a bit of chip damage Wally's sync can finish the bar even with both damage reduction passives active.
Skill gears used are shown at the end of the video, and while I do think they're needed, I think he just needs the additional stats and not the bonus passives.
