I remember when I was a teenager back in the 80's and I played football for a local Jr. College and our coach had gotten any player that wanted a job, part-time work doing event security that we could work at our convenience. I had worked a lot of big concerts at the Forum in L.A. and got to interact with a lot of big-name stars like Van Halen, Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks etc. I would usually be posted backstage and once the concert(s) started I would be moved to the front of the stage, in front of the first row facing the audience. Long story short I was working a DIO concert and if you were there back then you know what I am talking about. His stage consisted of two entry ways on each side of the stage designed as cave and stone like structure with two large demonic looking sword-wielding animatronic guards at each one and at the center of the stage behind the drummer was a large animatronic dragon. The entire atmosphere in the venue that night just felt oppressive and wrong, it felt evil. Now I was not a regular church going young man at that time but being raised in the church my spirit was in tune with knowing what evil was and what it felt like. I began praying over and over basically saying, "Lord if you bring this building down, I am not a part of this nor with these people I am just here working a job". At one point something inside me told me to turn and look at the stage and when I did Ronnie James Dio was staring at me with the most evil, other worldly look of hate in his eyes and was baring his teeth like a rabid creature, I thought to myself no doubt he felt the presence of my praying and was affected by it. It literally chilled my soul to the core because what I saw and felt was a darkness and evil I never wanted to experience again.

@@francesalexander2545 To be honest I worked two Stevie Nicks concerts back then and the first time was pretty uneventful with just her passing by a couple of times while I was posted in the backstage area before the concert started. The second time she actually went out of her way to say “Hey” and pointed at me obviously remembering me from the prior concert and continued by asking how I was doing, I replied like any 20 year old would by saying “ I’m fine Ms. Nicks have a great show” and she then said “awwwh thank you”. I searched the internet decades later but cannot find that concert’s footage I wish I could because I was posted dead center in front of the stage that night and at one point during her performance she looks down and I was smiling and she smiled back at me. To answer your question I think she does practice some sort of Wicca or something like that but I didn’t feel any sort of dread, evil or heaviness like I did with Dio. BTW Michael Anthony of Van Halen was one of the coolest , down to earth non star acting stars on the planet and Tom Petty was too, both went out of their way to talk to and interact with our security crew on more than a few occasions. Man I didn’t know I was living the best days of my life back in the 80’s but I miss them now as I reflect on them.

My story is too long, but i was in the same place as Robert Johnson (i wanted to be a big musician, and didnt have the skills required) so i started looking/researching/practicing demonology like Goetia and Lesser Keys of Solomon hoping to make contact with something. One day it happened, a being presented itself to me and offered me what i wanted.... but i knew the price. Long story short, i realized that that was not what i wanted and I told it no. Like i demanded that it f off. But it aint as easy at that, as soon as the being realized i wasnt going to budge i literally got the sickest i have ever been in my life. Like instantly. I was writhing on a bathroom floor for hours before things started to calm down. Straight up the most terrifying experience of my life. Thats how i know all this shits real. Not saying these beings will manifest the same way as it did to me, but i now know the industry is full of people that most likely took those same pacts that i was originally intending to make TLDR: You can summon beings and you can turn down the offer, but it aint easy.

Wow. Yes, def real. & that's awesome that you didn't follow thru on the deal. It's easy to be tempted/ curious/ desperate... been there myself... but it must really take some major willpower to turn that down in the moment. I wonder if calling upon Jesus would have ended your 'pain/ illness/ punishment' if you had asked. Maybe you did, I dunno... but I have heard some similar stories where the suffering ended in an instant when the person cried out to Jesus. Not sure that would be everyone's first thought tho... if it were me I'd likely think I was getting what I deserved at the time & likely wouldn't ask for help... due to shame or whatever. I hope you've been left alone after that experience... I know some of those demons can be relentless. It's crazy to me that so many people are clueless about these things despite them being very real and going on around us all the time. So glad you made the right choice & can warn others... once you make that deal... it's nearly impossible to get out. Thanks for sharing your story!!

@@theshadylady1982 tbh, i was born and raised muslim, and in a sense i think calling out to "allah" (arabic word for god) helped push this thing away. That being said, i am not muslim. I think the intent is what matters most when calling out to a higher power for assistance. I mean i think Jesus/Yeshua was a really cool dude though, and calling his name would work just the same. Christians tend to believe its only calling Jesus's name will help, but really thats a matter of cultural bias. I have met hindus that call out to Krishna/Shiva/etc and it helped banish "demonic" entities.
