Op should he careful, the sister could have fallen for her because of sibling rivalry. I have seen such situations before especially among women as they always want to one up each other. Any normal sister would never sleep with the sister's husband even if the had an open marriage. Even me myself I can never sleep with my brothers wife or friends wife even if they had an open marriage.
