This is gonna sound sad, but I wish I had a mother like this. For the most part during my childhood, my mother just fed me and ignored me, I would literally be trying to talk to her and she would stare and not really say anything. Father was never really in my life, so I had a lonely childhood and adulthood thus far. This woman somehow speaks with authority and confidence but you can here the compassion and comfort in her voice. Just listening to her helps my anxiety immensely. Yeah wish I had someone like this to talk to on a regular basis, I might start going back to therapy.

You're literally amazing. I have a really important exam tomorrow and have been feeling incredibly overwhelmed, wich led to me not beeing able to revise everything as I wanted to. Now I feel like Im going to fail, wich realistically I probably won't. Even just hearing and seeing you talk about this so empathetically helped me so much. I feel a lot calmer already! Thank you for your videos!

You are amazing! I've been struggling a lot this past year with exactly everything you are talking about and I used to think none of these feelings and anxiety issues would(or could) get to me, but I suppose no one is immune! Thanks :)

I used fear for motivating myself to prepare for exam as I had issues in learning. So two days before exam I was doing things in a slow pace and lagging the timelines but the night before exam my anxiety and fear reaches at its height and I hardly finish revising the stuff just before sitting the exam. Though I got good grades but the pain I endured was awful as my fear make this whole process a matter of life and death for me. My slow learning was due to obsession for perfectionism, low self confidence and attention deficiency. I still suffer in similar manner in professional life and this puts me so low emotionally and gets depression and anxiety attacks. Can anyone please help me.I used fear for motivating myself to prepare for exam as I had issues in learning.
