*Here's the "How" part of the video* -I made it for my own reference but I listed every point so you don't have to watch the video. -If you still want to watch it it starts at 5:54. -Before that he explains "What is it that is making me feel so busy?" *1. Be Ruthless* • being conscious (amount of time spent on social media, etc) • spending a couple of days to literally write down everything you do in a day •plan out your time precisely in a calendar • think "What am I doing with all of the time I have in a day?" • ask "Are the things I'm doing moving me closer to where I want to be or bringing me joy?" If no, then cut it off from your life *2. Pools to Tools (replacing Infinity Pools with Time Saving Tools)* • using Trello (organising task) and Noted (records audio and makes notes at the same time) *3. Daily Highlight (at the start of each day)* • plan time in your calendar for the start of each day to do those things you really want to do •try and be as strict as you can with not allowing yourself not to do those things • if you know you're gonna be busy set a small highlight, if not, set an ambitious one • allocate 1-2 hours a few days a week to do something you want to do *4. Being Busy isn't necessary a Bad Thing* • being busy in the wrong way is a bad thing • stay concious if you're being 'habitual busy' or 'the people pleasing' kind (which he explains earlier) • allow yourself to fill up as much of your time time as you can with things that actually matter to you • spend the least time doing things that don't move you to your goals or don't bring you joy *Finally, choose to do those things and commit to them* Okay, you're welcome.

For me this works: Avoid distractions. No phone, no radio etc. Make time in your schedule for at least 4 hours of industurbed work Find out when you are most focused. For me this is in the evening. Therfore I do simpler tasks in the morning and then I do my difficult work late in the evening. Eat well and workout. Sleep! Being tired means low productiviy. Sleep as much as you need in order to perform 100%. Surround yourself with good people. Have fun and love what you do. Doing this will give you flow. Also before doing the work. Sit down and think. Just think. I did 2 weeks of thinking and 2 hours of programming and my boss was amaazed by the result. If I just worked without thinking it wouldn't be the case.

How i get up at 6 am, go to school, get back at 4 pm, cook for one hour, rest for 30 minutes, do the dishes for another 30 minutes and finally i can get my homework done ( which probably took about 2hrs). So now we are at 7 pm so -1hr of my sleeping and washing routine. I have to sleep at least 8 hours to have enough dose of sleep. 2 hrs then to enjoy the life have hobbys or just chill with friends!
