I learned this proverb as a youngster: An OUNCE of prevention is worth a POUND of cure. As I share health information I stress prevention. Most others I hear teach stress information on curing disease. Most people do want to know how to get rid of the annoyance and pain of illness. I don't blame them for that but we should be as eager to know how to avoid getting sick in the first place. Thanks for sharing.
