So many claims against Islam are undone by looking into the inflections of the Arabic or even translations. Others may have perfected, but who we are pointed towards, in that regard, is fewer than those who could be told they were the people of Paradise hereafter, in this life.

When it says Allah desires it means it has already been done. And it does not say from now on. So it means that since the day Ahlulbayt exist, Allah has kept them away from impurities.

Keep off impurities is better than remove how is one to understand already it was already done using the word remove seriouslythough.

Btw it says in tafsir al tabari volume 19 page 106 Imam Al Sajjad (AS) is also a part of those in the cloak, so if The Imam (AS) Is a part of it then why aren’t the others? Pretty confusing if the others are not🤔 and its authentic

The verse is an extension to the Imams and they are all included in ahlulbayt
