I got a Polaroid camera today for Christmas. I got a white one not a forest green and it was an instant now+ version. The films I got for Christmas was a 40 pack. 5 films 8 in each. I’ve been trying so hard not to use a lot of them because the 40 pack was $100….MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎄

I found mine on Facebook marketplace for $80 with the white instant now+ camera and 79 things of film. Don’t underestimate used! It’s like brand new and works great

I have the same struggles with my camera, my pics come out dark on all films. Not sure if this is really a film issue or the camera itself.

its no secret polaroid film now is not the same as the old quality wise but getting better. i honestly dont know how they still have such a big following. instant cameras could easily do better with both fuji and polaroid but polaroid is by far the worse option of the 2 right now. film cost more, only getting 1 or 2 keepers out of a pack of 8. having to be so mindful of how you store them, how you store it developing. store them to keep from fading over time. its honestly just not the better option right now with the film or some of the cameras and many others are having the same issues as you no matter what they do

so jealous that you have this generation color. I didn't know they were going to drop a 2nd gen of the now+ so I got the blue/grey one. Still love it, but I fancy more of the greens. oh yeah, great pics. This inspires me that my film doesn't always need to be of people, but of nature as well.

Yeah you don't want to get this model. It's had some issues. Either get the Polaroid Now standard issue or go for a cheaper 600 type cameras. This one just overexposes your shots and washes out the otherwise beautiful color you would have gotten.

Unfortunately, the Now+ is hella hard to use because of the overexposure issues that it has. It's just not a good polaroid camera in my opinion. I prefer its older brother "Polaroid Now" or the "Onestep 2".

See that’s the problem for me the film is so yellowish or darker for me Fuji instax has much colder colors hopefully they fix that instead I got Polaroid photos that turn pink and yellow and muddy 😢

Make sure to refrigerate your film when storing it, and keep it in a cool place before opening one and using it. This helps preserve the film and give it a better esthetic with vibrant colors. Keep in mind that lighting can also be an issue too.

its hard to take a correctly exposed photo with this camera imo. The apature is not adjustable and is permanently set at f/11.

Idk I'm on my second now, dropped my first at my grandmas funeral. I've made insane art with this camera. A replacement to the broken one is all I asked for for Christmas. Specifically NOT 2nd gen, because i liked the one i had so much. If you're not getting film from polaroid direct, or a film store, that could be the issue.
