Guy in the 360 is loading that truck wrong. Not to mention stepping out his cab while a full bucket is just hanging there over the truck. Never, Ever, ever Load over the cab. Ever. You never know when or if that bucket could fall off, rocks sling off the bucket busting windows and potentially hitting the driver. And a higher possibility of swinging thru the cab. Truck should also be facing the exit.

They don’t want you to use quick couplers on hammers, because the return line should be a larger diameter of hose. One way attachments generate excessive heat if restricted. Spin on connectors like a low bed may work, but push on like the pop off with excessive vibration

Those tracks are a pain in the ass the first time you do it then afterwards it's a walk in the park. I've done my fair share of track replacement. Especially rubber ones on smaller machines. Basically the same principle as steel ones. Open the cylinder so the grease will allow the cylinder to move freely then tighten it back up & pump it back full of grease for 30 min. Fun stuff.

You can get a screw on quick coupler, Andrew camrata got it for his hammer on his Hyundai excavator. They said bobcat style connectors are too restrictive. I don't know the company but it's one of his videos within the last year. It a thread on connector but it's a quick connect style so not like how you direct thread currently. Finding cover for the landfill is a never ending job, I imagine. You can only get so much out of the next landfill pit before you get down to the water table, which you want to avoid to prevent contamination of the water. A local landfill is bringing dirt in from off-site for cover, because they have used up just about everything on-site. Does anything get done on those days when A-Aron is not there?

Here in th UK we run all our excavator attachments on quick couplers, never heard you need anything different, everything works perfectly. When loading a dumper why not park it round the other way so thee bucket is not swinging over the cab, Also when the truck is loaded it will save on tyre wear as it will not have to turn around with a load on, also if the bucket was to catch the dumotruck striking the dump body would do alot less damage than hitting the cab,

in the uk, i`d say 99% of excavators have the quick hitch coupling device for the hoses, sometimes they do however have disadvantages , your hoses , although you have to screw them on, have caps over the fitting, which keeps all the dirt out, as we don`t have these, the norm is to turn the machines off to connect the hoses, also the quick hitch device attached to the boom can sometimes "stick" on uk machines , so you have to tap the edges of the collar to free them, but it`s not rocket science, also , surprisingly, kobelco excavators are NOT highly rated here in the uk, it`s mainly cat, volvo, and hitachi which have the best reputation, i like all 3 , but if push comes to shove and i only had 1 option, it would be the volvo, very quiet, but powerful and smooth, but it`s horses for courses 🐎🐎 so to answer your question, as i do get carried away a bit, YES your hoses CAN be swapped over for quick fit items , at least in europe, i can`t believe in can`t be done over the pond, can you ?

1st? Can the hydro grease tightener be rebuilt? She sure can but!! Over my many years of experience I have found the cylinder gets rust pitted a that tends to eat the packing 0 rings ( or for the old timers “leathers” 😁) if I may? Check out a new reman unit. Yes it will cost a little more but if we consider machine down time labor to continue to rebuild the OEM I have found it makes me money to just bite the bullet the first time an put a whole new unit in an a whole lot less stress an change out time vrs rebuilding it? Far less labor in replacing.. Now as to the cuppings? Yep it does impede the flow rate an actually oil flowing past the springs an balls actually creates heat.. But I can tell you from our equipment we do run quick cupplers BUT we are running 2 sizes larger than the hose ID . Is their restrictions? Of course but is minimal. So how do I know that to be a scientific fact you ask? We took a 5 gallon bucket an timed the time it took to fill that 5 gallon bucket with a stopwatch. Then added our quick disconnects, but left the one end open, dump into the machine and redone the test. I do not remember the exact figures but it was only something like 5 to 10 seconds difference of restriction and we felt we could live with that and we’ve been doing that for over 20 years 🤷🏻♂️ (just because they hold the title of design engineer does not mean they have what country folks call “common sense!!” 😊🙄) NO hate intended to any engineers just saying you all are the book smartest people on the earth!! Just saying coz it says on paper/computer it will not work doesn’t mean that in the real world it will not … Question 🙋♂️ up here in my neck of the woods we mix a % percentage of clay with our gravel to make a dang hard packed process gravel roads top dress. Helps with ruts an stops Mother Nature from blowing the sand gravel off the roads. Ahh gee whizz 😖 isn’t any feelings worse that having a sick child makes us parents feel so dam helpless 💔 … wishing a speedy recovery for the little tike!!! Ok question #2 um? On the sand pile? Was you trying to to see if you would fit in the bucket with the sand and take a free ride in the dump truck?😂😂😂😂 we love to be involved but that might be scary 🤪 and don’t apologize about the video. Your keeping it real an honest day and not fake❤ EDIT : should anyone disagree with opinion on the restriction flow test? By all means feel free to run the tests yourself open hose vrs same size quick couplers of the hose size. An? Also do a thermal image of the hose heat value an then add the quick couple an recheck the thermal heat image don’t take my word for it. Try it for yourself. I was shocked myself at the results going two sizes bigger limited the heat and the restriction. / end of edit
