One can definitely do a lot worse than Dusit Grand if one is looking in Jomtien / Phra Tamnak area. My only (minor) complaint is I wish the building was on other side of that main road to make getting to the beach a bit easier. is there a gym in this building? By the way your audio cut out in Rompho market starting around 8 minute mark for 45-50 seconds

If you retired or live for long time JOMTIEN is ok but if there for vacation weeks or one or two months stay in central Pattaya trust me

Nice little condo, for sure. But 15k for 35 square meters - that’s expensive.
