Thanks for the tour, it looks absolutly wonderful. I think I would love living there. My main concerns are right now I am tied to my job in FL but working on changing that so that I am free to live anyplace. 2nd concern is how far it is from things as I get older and have more health concerns, etc. Although that looks like a great place for walking that I need to do more of and think I would enjoy walking in that setting a lot. I also think and hope that the community would be really good. Develop new friends, a set up like that is much better for connecting to others than most of how we live in the USA now.

What a beautiful place, I’m looking for someplace to move and spend the rest of my life. I’m a single 61-year-old female with a 21-year-old son that would not be moving up with me, but might visit. What is the largest tiny home we could put up there also if I bought two spaces and put up matching tiny homes and across the back, there would be a patio that linked them up I could have my mother there, and the two of us could live our lives there.

Im like amother poster, concerned about how close I would be to a major hospital. That would also put me far away from my kids. 1 in middle TN, 2 in east TN and 1 in Philly as well as grandkids. But I do want to sell my house and go smaller with my 2 dogs. Looks beautiful and plans sound like fun too

Lewis Gale Hospital Pulaski 28 miles away, Carillion New River Valley 38 Miles away and Carillion has a clinic in Floyd 10 miles away both are good Hospital's (The Carillion Network is excellent)

Unless I missed it, how much is the lot rent and does that include water? Can a person bring their own tiny home or do they have to be bought from your company in NC? Are only certain sizes allowed? If/when I am able to get one, I'm looking at a 399 ft plan that I like.

I am not able to go tiny for a lil while still but you're place looks very promising to me. Im avidly searching because i will be an empty nester before long myself. I'm in central Texas. Did u say it gets hot there like in the 80's? Im wanting to get away from triple digits. What are the temp ranges in winter/Summer? So this is a very small place but how close is the nearest big town for shopping and especially medical needs? I'm googling and I cannot find any info on Floyd VA it must be really small, which isn't a negative, depending on how far the needed things are!

So seeing a big city such as Charlotte was so close got me so excited... Lol. Ty for the reply back incase I or anyone else was confused about where there property was located. Its a small town with access to all the amenities of a bigger city close by.
