This is NOT A WIN, this is a massive failure. That woman set up a hit and she got to sit there on the stand and act entitled and protected and proceeded to just dismiss any accountability with a nasty attitude. She should be prison for murder, they all should be in prison for murder.

She should absolutely have charges brought against her.

I blame the Judge for that - The judge never did address this appropriately, and did in some ways encourage it. When the judge dismisses a legal question - and simply say "Next question!", He himself is dismissing the Prosecutor's questions. He is suppose to see that the question is fully and appropriately answered - otherwise the prosecutor is undermined at cross examination. Someone needs to address that so called Judge!

I watched the entire trial and was absolutely SHOCKED at the failure of Law Enforcement in terms of investigating this nightmare scenario. They FAILED you at every step of the way Travis. God did NOT fail you Travis.....He saw it ALL. He made sure you had an attorney and a Jury who have "eyes to see" and "ears to hear" the TRUTH. God bless you Travis....and your Mom, your brother and the rest of your family as we give thanks to the God who has you in His hands.

Buddy. He was angry fumed and full of rage he just got jumped. He grabbed the gun just like anyone would and saw the car and popped off. It was a instinct anyone would’ve done. But to say you think he thought he was in “danger” after they jumped him and ran the “danger” left. He went after “danger” which isnt perfectly normal by I agree with his instincts. Get your get back. But don’t sit and try to say he was in fear the “fear” was in the car the “danger” was already out of the way. Wake up and be honest with yourselves. Great lawyers and lots of $ beat this case. And not enough evidence. But I agree I would’ve done the same things but my problem is if we do this would we get the same treatment? Would we be let off? Ask yourself that before you come at me

I'm so happy that the jury got this right! Thank God Travis was able to afford an amazing attorney. You can tell that Marc Shiner truly believed in Travis, and he fought hard for him as if he were fighting for his own life. Had he been appointed council, idk if he would have been found not guilty. The police did a horrible job investigating, and the ex and her posse should have been charged. Parents, please stress to your children the importance of choosing good friends and not following others while they make bad life decisions. It's sad that Sebastien lost his life due to following behind his "friends." I believe if his friends hadn't cared more about saving themselves and cared more about getting immediate help for their friend, he may have survived. The medical examiner stated that none of his gunshot wounds were immediately fatal. They passed 2 hospitals and didn't call 911 until they got rid of any incriminating evidence. I believe he may have survived if they had valued his life more.

@@OrbitalShell OrbitalShell, Thanks for Your Response. I agree with you wholeheartedly. But, the court system is independent of the prosecutor's system. The court has freed an indicted & innocent man. The District Attorney's Office could indict a “ham sandwich,” has been overused, and cliche, but is probably sadly true. Yes, the District Attorney's office should follow up on the woman's actions in this case ... A Grand Jury Should be held, and the Voters for their elected position as County DA should be remembered in the next election for their participation & outcome in this case. She should have her day in court for her actions. OrbitalShell, again Thanks for the Response.... Live Well & Long ....

Great interview but Stop calling the perpetrators the victims! Travis & his family were & are the victims here. I pray the perpetrators & the ring leader go to jail for their crimes in the near future. They stole over two years of this young man’s life, hindering his progress in his career & they are the ones that deserve to serve time & pay for their actions. So happy to see this young man & his family free!!!

I'm absolutely thrilled this young man was acquitted of all charges. I am hopeful he has a bright future of head of him , it will be difficult to put his all behind him quickly bc of the media. The Rudolph family seems to be a very loving, caring family that really take care of their own business and give to their community so good ppl deserve good things come to them!!!!Congrats to Travis and his family go live now!!!

This is pure!!!!!!! Embarrassment for law enforcement for the people that should of been on trial to be in court as victims.. words can’t describe how foolish this trial was… the girl sent them to shoot up his house and they go attack him and the victim is the one that ends up on trial like how ridiculous was this !!!!!… and every case from that detective needs to be looked at … she protected the bad guys to make herself look good smh

Class act, could've had all the grudges in the world, but he knows who's the real culprit of all of this.
