I beat him Samurai style. I made a playthrough where I didn't use ghost or stealth unless it was required by the game. Doesn't change the story much. But beating the Khan without getting hit felt good especially going Samurai style.

I just realized that when Jin kills Khotun, he cuts off his head. The first battle of the war started with the cowardly beheading of Lord adachi, and the last battle ended with the beheading of Khotun Khan. After further analyzation into the story, he also avenges Taka.

I took damage beating him, but Jin is so OP by the time you get the Khan, it's the Khan who walks into the boss room. That being said, your game play is still impressive. Makes me want to do another play through. That end where Jin take the Khan's head after all what his been through is so satisfying.

I just finished my first run of the base game. Not even exaggerating a little when I tell you this vid was amazing to watch. You are one cool cucumber. I was so jittery with adrenalin during the fight that I lost track when Khan waded in (after a while one set of big dude armored is much like any other to me) and next thing I know I am taking final slashes in a cut scene. I was just happy I still had health enough to jump ship. Kudos to you, Viper.

Thats some good play bro, a very good strategy too props. I play this game myself on the PS5 and its an amazing game especially the Directors Cut. Ya know that mission (can't remember the name) you have to climb right up a mountain and stop at little fires to keep you from freezing to death. Well I managed to get up right up onto the second from last ledge and as I climbed onto it a bear was sitting right there and it just grabbed me and tossed me off of the mountain all the way down 😂😂😂😂 I posted it too. Laughing my head off I was lol.

You may change the look of the armour. Go to the gear menu, just where you can change the colour of the armour, then you'll find the 'Change Armour Appearance' option at the bottom.

If you are talking about this gameplay specifically, I can't remember exactly, but pretty much all melee boost charms such as Charm of Ferocity, etc. When it comes to using this armour overall, I usually pair it with charms that enhance resolve gain for strategies requiring resolves.

Jin will be able to perform this move when Khan has sustained enough damage during the second phase and is about to move on to the next one. You may notice a triangle sign on Khan (similar to the one that appears before breaking Khan's shield at the end). However, Jin has to be next to Khan at that point, otherwise, the sign may not be visible if you are attacking Khan from a distance. Btw, thanks for watching!

You can obtain the Sarugami Armor by completing the Black Hand Riki Mythic Tale on Iki Island. Progress through the main quest on the island until you encounter a character named Tenzo. Follow the long tale's progression, and you will eventually face off against a blind pirate named Riku in a cave. Upon defeating Riku, the Sarugami Armor will be urs.

Do you mean the configurations carried with all armors at the start of the save point? In this case, I config my charms/settings with the armours I plan to use just after passing the Khan's duel auto-save then manually save the game / progress on the options page.

the cutscene didn't look any different though. it just seems pointless to do all of this instead of just fighting normally.

First and foremost, I never propose or suggest any specific builds or methods for playing this game. That's why I refrain from using titles like "the BEST setting/build", "the BEST way/approach", and such in all my videos. It ultimately depends on the 'result' the player aims to achieve through the game. Second, there're various ways in playing this game. Some love showcasing cool melee fighting skills and moves. Some go for speed, while some focus on eliminating every single foe with specific builds or strategies. It all comes down to personal satisfaction. I just choose to play in my own way, which is clearly not the 'normal' way as you see. I appreciate the diverse efforts of other fellow gamers in pursuing their own styles regardless. That's it. @@gt-vipergaming no I meant the title makes it sound like you found some secret ending or dialogue by "humiliating" the boss. play your own way 100% but the title was misleading to me considering nothing about the ending changed.

My title simply describes and outlines my play and action during the combat on the ship, and it has nothing to do with the ending or cutscenes. No matter what strategies or playstyles employed in this game, we can never technically change the content of each cutscene or ending in any way. However, I fully understand that people perceive things differently, and I can't alter everyone's perspective. Regardless, I apologize if that title made you feel this way.
