Hey dude, great video. It's the first time I've felt like I seriously need to upgrade from the 11+. Question, how do you select between single and dual and his do you find it? I tend to change modes a lot depending on situation as I have a lot of hills on my commute.

I think the fenders are appropriate. If see motocross bikes, the fenders are really high up, so large debris don't getting stuck between the tire and fenders.

Hey G great video glad I’ve been checking out the GTR a lot and I made a list composing some of the things here and in other videos I’ve learned about pros and cons of this scooter, not every single detail is here but a lot of the important ones I believe are when considering spending 4 grand + and they are: Pros, 12” hybrid anti puncture tires, better off ground suspension, intergraded traction control, zero dead zone trigger, one of the fastest production scooter on the market, removable battery, Removable split rims for much easier tire changes, adjustable hydrologic suspension front and back. Walk mode, insane hill climb. Has blinker lights. Includes Loud horn. Cons, breaks get mushy after a while, removable battery another part that can be stolen if lock tight. Poor deck hook design + weight, display can smack and break into metal bar when folding, remember to moving display beforehand, fenders are iffy but set high will keep the larger rocks and dirt from harming the scooter, BMS top speed throttling with some voltage sag, Blinker lights hard to see behind shaded encasement. Hope this helps some people make their purchase, I left our smaller things like the throttle some propel might like a different style or the overall hight, but all in all to me it still seems really high priced to have that many con’s, but most are quite small and easy to mitigate, I can tell kaabo really went ham in making this an off-road scooter with the top speed a super scooter should have, with the newer stuff coming out some could say it would be worth saving until those hit the scene but for now I’ll say this is still one of my fav scooters of all time that I’ve watched as an avid off- roadster here in Canada.

I couldn’t agree more. Funny when I tell girls I ride scooters. They get a funny look on their faces, like…oh like a little razor scooter or moped? Then they see my Burn-e2 and they they’re like ok…that’s different. 🤣 I’ve had a GSXR750, a bmw z4, a Dodge Magnum V8 hemi, a Camero, a jeep wrangler Willy, many KTMs- 250cc to 500cc, bmw k100, bmx bikes, mountain bikes, downhill, road bike 21 speed, jet skis, onewheel GT, ninebot, Varla Eagle one pro….and NONE of them is more fun than my Nami! Acceleration is SOOO addictive! It’s my dirt bike in the city! I sold my dirt bike recently, and am currently waiting on my next toy, a Begode Extreme, to get here. Be safe :)

This is my upgrade. I need a removable battery for winter. And I want to ride in winter, so changing tires in winter would be dope. Idk. Looks like a car replacement for my needs. In some ways, I'd feel better dipping around on a scooter in winter because it's easier to get to the ground on a scooter than on a bike.

I love my wolf king gt pro, I bought it after your first review of it (although I was terrified after seeing you wreck it lol) and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Unfortunately, I wrecked mine and bent the front suspension and haven't been able to ride since. That being said, this is the funnest thing I've ridden ever!

I think you can use a cable lock to wrap around to the battery handle to the stem when you are going to park your scooter somewhere and no need to bring the battery with you.

Good point. Feeding a lock through the battery handle and the scooter neck would probably be fine wrapped around a pole. Definitely never use a cable lock though. Use a u-lock or a folding lock like this. pevoutlet.com/product/rockbros-high-security-fingerprint-lock/

yes with the battery out of the scooter it makes the scooter lighter to carry up stairs like yourself mate great video and its good they come with hybrid tryes and ajustable suspension and it has a memory now and remembers what speed you was in when you turn it back on. and i agree ginge they are more fun than motorbikes now i used to ride a honda cbr 600 sportsbike what can do 165 mph and i have more fun on my scooter than when i used to do 158 mph on the bike your right bro

Great review as always. I need to finish my modified Mantis and then if I get tired of that, one of these beasts would be a good upgrade! We have 50 Hectares (124 Acres) of bushland reserve near us, with very cool undulating trails throughout, but I don't think I'd attack it with the Mantis. A Wolf King GTR though.... :)

Easy choice. GTR. The traction control makes the thing so much more fun. You can actually rip around neighborhoods and building complexes and just pin the throttle out of corners because you don't have to worry about the front tire spinning uncontrollably. Plus, did you see the pure sex that was that controller compartment? Every other scooter is just a rats nest. The GTR is beautiful.

That's a really good reason to want an external battery that I don't know why I've never thought of before. I agree 100%. When the temperatures get below 32°, it's a lot easier to haul a battery inside your house than the entire scooter. Especially if you have stairs!

Hi Ginger =) im having a bad experience with voro motors because when i got my gtr back 2 days ago i found out my horn is not working - my battery latch will not unlock so i am not able to put my battery into my gtr and my metal battery latch has the rubber torn - i have alot of scratches and paint removed from voro motors =( My gtr looked nice before voro motors had it, voro motors had my gtr for 3 weeks i think, I told voro motors i want a exchange for a new gtr or a return. Im 32 years old with mild autism and my electric scooters help with my mild autism but my metamoov zo08 has a defective battery i can only go 9 miles and 31mph on a full battery charge. My dad feels let down from voro motors because they were suppose to fix my gtr and it came back not resolved and in worse condition.

Awesome review. I currently have the bronco xtreme 11 and have been considering the vnom 11 xtreme newest scooter from bronco Built frame on the xreme 11 with features from the vnom. The selling point for me reall is the 50ah battery. So it will be great for long range. On the other hand Im really liking the dual stem and traction control. My thought is to buy a second battery throw it in my backpack and good to go. See if you can get your hands on the new bronco. Keep up the good work bro.

I think fenders are to protect the rider from debris being shot up and striking them and that’s prob it. When you have tight fenders and guards it often leads to damage. On my Dirtbike a stick shot up and got caught in sprocket guard and got stuck in there. Broke several teeth on the mental sprocket, a small stick/twig. So I’d prefer debris to not hit me but also not get jammed up in scooter or whatever ur riding. Side note, so that throttle can be put on the wolf king gt pro? I had to go to the thumb throttle you had in another video because I had two stock throttles go bad to the point the company was gonna send me a new tft screen to see if fixed scooter dying out. After I put throttle on and swapped the two wires everything has been all good on my scooter. Thanks for that recommendation.

I think there are magura kits you can get, but you need aftermarket mounts, I'm not sure where to get those. I've seen people with them installed online, but I really don't think they are necessary.

@GingerOnWheels I'm confused Ryan/ginger. How did you manage to measure the tires at 12 inches?? Faulty tape measurer lmao?? 100/55-7 is 11.3 inches. To be sure, I measured my GTR both with a tape measurer and the circumference (divide by π) and it's definitely 11.3 inches lol 😂

Wow. You're 100% right, I really dropped the ball on that one. I had a digital caliper that I used that only went to 11". It was bigger than 11 so I made a critical error and trusted the marketing material, "if it's bigger than 11 then it must be 12" like they said". But even running 100/55R7 into the math returns 11.3 inches. I just never thought to do it. Also explains why the speedo was so far off. Thanks for the correction! Will make sure to mention that in the next Gtr video.

Those two charging ports, each GXP port may be rated to handle 15A, but not for the battery pack. Feeding 30A on charging, even 15A will destroy the battery. The battery will die soon if you feed that much. And it appears that the removable battery is 8p x 4.2Ah = 33.6Ah , so the battery cell must be 4.2Ah per cell. That means it's either Molicel P42A or Panasonic brand battery that has 4.2Ah capacity. God told me that it is Molicel and not Panasonic. If it is Molicel then it is quite of an improvement over the previous inferior LG M50 battery. Would be nice to see somebody open up that battery case and see what battery is in there..

I have the wolf king gt pro and what do you mean by regen brakes? As far as I know there isnt any regenerative breaking to put power back into the battery while breaking. I know it has ebreaks and they take like half a second to activate

Regardless of whether or not they are regenerative, do you know if there is a way to turn them off, or up/down? I didn't see a setting for them in the menu or advanced settings, just the ESP and EBS.

3 things that are dealbreaker for me.. 1. They need to separate the control buttons from the trigger. How does one set cruise control? Some may not use this feature, but this is huge for some. Why can't they just add a dedicated cruise button like the InMotion RS? 2. No USB charging for phones? I am sure this was partt of the 'IPS Rating' game. But come on! 3. No dampening control at all in the front. Huge miss. Who needs pre-load on a suspension this stiff anyways? Wouldn't dampening control be more useful, especially offroad? For me, it's either this or the InMotion RS. The problem with InMotion RS is that even though it checks all the boxes, but for such high powered device, I wouldn't touch the cheap non-UL certified chinese batteries. @@ssoffshore5111 which brand? i spoke to a distributors. i was told the batteries are chinese brand, and they are not UL certified. what specific brand do they use? do you have more info?

@@asong26 They posted it in the Q&A section on their Kickstarter campaign. I had contacted them many months ago when the scooter was first announced and they stated they would be using either LG or Samsung (TBD at that time), but later decided on Samsung. I was interested in both the RS and the GTR when their PR news was released. Kaabo lost me on several fronts with the GTR (generic battery, super easy to steal battery, ridiculously high deck height, trigger throttle w/integrated controls, their continued delayed regen braking which is not only super annoying, but also dangerous IMO, etc) and at the same time Inmotion was taking initial feedback seriously (redesigning the kickstand before releasing it) and has a MUCH more appealing appearance, not to mention they seem to be of higher quality. The internal wiring of the Kaabos is a complete rats nest, disturbing IMO. The internal images of the Inmotion products I've seen is so much cleaner. I'm not concerned about slight performance differences at this level, but I do expect decent quality, components, and a sharp appearance. The RS is much more appealing to me.
