This prefab house also has several different options and the manufacturer of this park model is Zook Cabins! This model is the "A-frame." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Other than aesthetics, not sure why they would have the A-frame on the front. Waste of wall space at no cost savings. Typical tiny home overpricing at $375 per sq ft.

WOW !!! Room for a 18 to 24 inch big screen in the living rm !!! bedroom closet big enough for 4 shirts & pants !!! Comes with box nailed on wall for socks & underwear !!! Kitchen cabinet will hold a pot,pan, cup, and 6 cans of beans !!! All for the low low low low price of only $150,000 !!! ( plus land & hookups) !!!

The only concern I have with this home is how the Sheetrock is joined in ceilings in A frame room, and bathroom, they aren’t taped, mudded or sanded well at all. I couldn’t pay for something that would require fixing it before I buy it. I don’t know how old this model is but joins in the Sheetrock are poorly executed, in my opinion.

It's beautiful.... Cozy... That would be a perfect storm watching window 😊. The price seemed a bit steep, but like you say, you can save on getting not so high end finishes. I would like a smaller bed tho with the platform going all around. I think it would be really awkward trying to put sheets on that with no access on the wall side. That's the only negative.. I would love to have this as a guest house on our lot ❤

My Mom is downsizing and looking for something on the smaller size but doesn't want a lot of maintenance/upkeep and she doesn't want a mobile home or park me del but I've shown her a lot of your videos and I think they're making her reevaluate her idea of what is available!!!❤

I would need a bigger fridge, drapes across that massive window, and I can see that shower with just a curtain being an issue with water getting on the floor. But I liked the way the bed was set up on that frame. I can see this being on a nice piece of property near a lake.

All right for an overnight stay but would never purchase to live in. Not a bedroom that a senior citizen could get in. No storage space at all. The A frame window is a waste of space. Too much money for no more than you get. I am for downsizing but not this.
