This is amazing content. Glad you decided to give us a deeper look inside the process. I'm in a place where nothing of the sort is ever done so I'm working on a pitch deck to present media days as a solution to generate more community involvement to sports and support for players from high school to national level. We even lack the branding and marketing resource to make proper use of the digital assets once they are created so even that will need to be a part of my solution. Getting tips and insight into the process is most welcomed. Thanks so much James.

Great video, I really enjoy seeing the BTS. Also, the idea about making the lights into a V was something I thought once before but I went a different direction by cutting the logo out of some black core foam and lighting it. I will DM you an example.

Another winning BTS from the nest. Always appreciate your insights. We've been lucky enough lately to book some large programs for these and great to see other ideas. We did message you about pricing questions if you'd be willing to share...as thats always an unknown as to where we are vs the others out there...too cheap or too pricey. lobve you feedback if you have a second on it.

Hi James, great video as per usual. Just a question on getting into this type of photography - would you recommend offering a free, limited content shoot to start to build a portfolio before pitching to other schools? College sports media isn't huge where I live, but I'd love to try and build a market for it. I guess part of my question is; how did you get started in sports photography? Thanks.

Incredibly valuable information here. I've got 5 days straight of media day coming up for spring sports with the school I take pictures for. So I'm geeking out bigtime on your setup. Quick question, any chance you can can share one of those PDF's with us? I really like that concept. It might help me also kind of communicate to players and coaches what I'm expecting from them on their specific media day. If you aren't able to share, I totally understand, but just thought I'd ask. Thank you!
@QuantzPhoto9 ай бұрын
Hey Tuba, I wouldn't want to share only because it's from an agency and not created by myself. Since I've had some specific questions about it I might just make another video in the future discussing what they usually entail.

@@QuantzPhoto That would be great! Thank you again for all your videos. I've learned so much from you. I'm pretty much set with studio lighting, but this next year I'm hoping to better dial in my background lighting either using a lighting array similar to what you have or possibly led light bars. Needless to say $$ will drive some of these decisions, but yeah. Always looking to provide a better and better product. Thank you for all the ideas and knowledge you're providing.

Is Vibe a High School, club program or a collegiate one? Those players look BA and you did a great job! So they hired you to do the photoshoot and another company to do the videoshoot? That must be a very lucrative club to be able to afford such professionals. Again, great job. Originally I thought you were putting together a volleyball highlight video. I created one for my daughter's college recruitment tour. It was so fun to do, but 100s of hours of watching Volleyball games to get the perfect plays.
