Another nice video - thanks!!! I wonder if "the Citadel guy" and all the other financial people will stay in Miami year-round. All I hear from new-comers is how unbearable the summer heat is, and all I hear from long-term residents is "it's never been this bad". I get the feeling that the Miami Thing will be on a Bell curve. What will also quell enthusiasm is the next hurricane. Yes we have them here in the Northeast, but nowhere near as often. How are you handling the extreme heat? do you feel you are fully acclimated? Do you find yourself missing cold, crisp morning air, like the northeast in December?

I’m weird, I like extreme heat and extreme humidity. However, currently in New York City it feels hotter and more humid than when I was in Miami.

Is there any typical formula to determine how many pre-construction purchases are speculation? Investors that will re-sell?

Tom this is what I had learned about Brickell key. It's called Claughton island. It started out as two islands until they started dredging the shipping channel and added to it. It was being sold and Mary Brickell wanted to purchase it because she hated it. Thought it was unsightly. She lost the bid. Development didn't start until the 80s.

To be honest, I live in Jamaica, and Jamaica ain't look nothing like this. Miami is so beautiful. Down here where I live in Jamaica, it's just a piece of garbage, trashy country. Trust me, everything down here is garbage.

@@WalksWallStreet These are the things that I'm trying to work on to move to America. One, get a job. Maybe, you know, I'm just doing my research on getting a job, a legal job. And finding somebody, a nice woman, to marry. Yep. Hopefully my dreams will come true. My life now here in Jamaica is disgusting.
