I don't understand the way the roof assembly will dry? Are you filling the whole rafter bay with foam is their exterior foam on the roof ?

The entire roof/ceiling is cathedral. The habitable side is conditioned, and the exterior is just composed of insulation. Similar to a wall. So, the ceiling dries to the inside.
