They are accredited media house, police also get clues from the media, it is not a one way activity.

Accredited or not, NO one goes into a crime scene until okayed by the forensic department. They would usually seal up that place until they conclude on investigations. Being accredited does not confer right of entrance. I'm glad the reporter was able to validate that point because she categorically stated that they could not make a full assessment because they were disallowed and that would be the right thing to do.
