Executive Function Challenges

"Executive Function Challenges" is the third video in the four-part series "Women with ADHD in the Workplace," narrated, illustrated, and written by Alex Foty, an MBA student and BMO GATE MBA Student Fellow. This episode sheds light on the executive function difficulties that profoundly affect the professional lives of women with ADHD, such as issues with activation, action, effort, emotion, focus, and memory. It explores how these challenges are often mischaracterized as personal failures or misconstrued as laziness, disinterest, or incompetence, which can lead to significant anxiety for those affected.
