When you say "in your mind draw the Qi back to.. " how do you visualise that ?

Great question Andy. You imagine a pathway of Qi flow from one point to the other and in this exercise use the inhalation to help with visualising this. I think of the pathway like a road or river and think of the flow of Qi as traffic or water moving in a certain direction (whichever works best for you in your mind). One important point is to avoid focusing too hard on making this happen as that can give you a headache! Be almost ‘sloppy’ in your thinking; that way you’re able to allow the Qi to flow in a certain direction rather than forcing. I hope that helps. 😀

@@JaniceSpaceToRelaxQigong Many thanks. Can I ask more questions or do I need to sign up to do that ? I am quite happy for you to use this for a Q&A section on your website. The movements and hand positions seem quite precise. Is it better to do a regular routine of exercises 50% correct or fewer and try to get them 90% plus right ?
