Sir i am just 18 year old i suffer back pain from about 3 month because of long sitting on chair for study ..... I am not able sit for long on two legs like in indian toilet system ...... Sir meri age 40 year h aur mujhe lumber spindolisis spine ho gai h l 3 l 4 l 5 me aur haddi me gaip aa gaya h sir dard rehta h baithne me kamar jakad jati h normal mai nhi baith pati hu khicha hota h kuch chubhta h aisa lagta h plz aap hume bataye ki hume kon si exercises karni h aur kya sawdhan rakhni h mera wajan bhi zyada nhi h 45 kg hi plz sir 🙏 mujhe bataye ki mai thik ho jaungi

Sir mujhe slipe disk ki or thoda gathiya baai ki problem he 3saal pehle hua tha but Ayurveda se thik hogaya tha ab fir hogaya par ab to Ayurveda se bhi koi fark nhi pad raha he 2mahine se bed par hu kya kru plz bataye

Hello sir mera back pain 5/6 months se suru huwa mai kam pe v nahi jasakti morning mai bed se uthana v muskil hota hai.kavi right mai kavi left mai hokar thai &knee tak dard hota hai mai pain killer v leti hu aur 1week se exercise v karti hu magar thick hota nahi please mera ko kohe special wala treatment bathaeya 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sir, बहुत अच्छी एक्सरसाइज़ है मुझे आराम मिला है दरअसल मैने महज 20 किलो वजन उठा लिया था जिसकी वजह से मुझे दर्द होने लगा है लेकिन मेरे पैरो में दर्द नहीं है इसलिए मुझे लगता है कि मुझे slip disc नहीं है कृपया सुझाव दे मै अपने भविष्य को लेकर चिंतित हूँ 😦

Mild degenerative changes of the cervical spine with central disco osteophytic protrusion at c5 c6 level causing thecal sac compression with mild bilateral foraminal encroachment at this level.central disc bulges at c4 c5 and c6 c7 level causing thecal sac impingement at both these lavel.screening rest of the spine reveals desiccation and diffuse disc bulges at L4 L5 andL5 S1 levels causing thecal sac compression with mild bilateral forminal encroachment .schmorl,s nodes formation at L2 through L5 vertebral bodies.sir yeah mera MRI report hay iske liyea konsa exercise karna hoga plsss.sir.mujhe chalne mein problem ho Raha hai.
