You have right communication it’s very important at set…. Also the fact that the takes got longer and longer due to the more cost effective ssd and other media has taking over the real film…. For camera operators it’s very common today that’s help them holding the camera or in someway keep the body intact during the filmset. But for many narrow minds boomops out ther still thinks that we just will have our arms to use with the boom what ever cost for your back and shoulders. Tools like the dipstick or other like boom operator, easyrig boomrig etc are God forbidden to use…. If you use that, you just are lazy…. The dipstick recommendations I got from you and that is one of my most frequently used tool… thank you too bring that forward to me Allen, not need to convince you but that it’s a very good tool that should be in every boomops bag… 😅

Can you talk about the PC hardware you would choose or had a good experience with, specifically for audio purposes? My father has a good stereo we really enjoy listening to. He has lots of CDs and Viny but I would like him to experience my .flac collection as well. What PC hardware or product could I choose to have the most neutral listening experience and not being bottlenecked by it. Have you heard of a Startup or a Company that sells a PCs for products for that exact purpose?
