Speaking of your cookbook as you have once said before a carrot cake would be a great addition to it, especially since unlike 2 years ago you are now the best anabolic baker on the platform. I think you can easily make the best one on youtube, Surprisingly people are not using brown swerve in their recipes, I think non anabolicly speaking I think claire saffitz x baker, bon apetit's chris morocco, joshua wiessman, and not to mention one your favourite brian lagerstrom's carrot cake. Only you find the perfect balance of calories protein, flavour and texture, and you always nail it on the condiments and mix ins.

Dude thank you for saying the bit about not force feeding and saving the calories for another day. I'm bloody starving right now, and just two days ago I was forcing myself to eat 2 cups of cottage cheese to hit my protein goal for the day. I should've just let it go and saved the calories, gains are made over the long term. Right on brother. I'm switching my mentality from obsessing over the numbers on MacroFactor to just coming in under the total and getting as close as I can to that Protein goal, but without force feeding. Also this man ain't playing- I've made 2 full cheesecakes and eaten them both already. I eat a slice EVERY. DAY. And I still love it. I never get tired of cheesecake. I undercook mine a bit, and then let it warm up.... it's so amazing. I taste zero "protein style" nonsense, and I just taste "cheesecake". I even subbed Allulose for Erythritol because I've had a blood clot before, and Erythritol ain't a good idea if you've had one.
@markdavis97228 ай бұрын
So how would saving your calories for another day work?
@brademerson80358 ай бұрын
@@markdavis9722 Say you eat 300 less calories on Monday and Wednesday, but Friday you kill leg day, and you're starving, you can now eat 600 more calories that day, and if the rest of the days you were on point, then your weekly calorie intake is still the same, and that's what matters- the long term intake. It's not the 3,000 calorie day once in awhile that kills a cut, it's the 18,000 calorie week when it's supposed to be a 14,000 calorie week.

When are you going to release/make some new anabolic ice cream/milkshake recipe(s)?. I loved the ones you made. Sure, the ninja creami ones are great too. But its the milkshakes that are just on another level compared to other youtube channels. I use a "standard" recipe for the base of my milkshakes now (that is based on of your recipes). And since doing so ive made over 30 different kind of creams. Some of those are actually amazing and truly suprising (like a savory one i made that is just out of this world). So if you need any inspiration, i will have plenty. However, i doubt you need that. Anyways, i would love to see some new amazing milkshakes. Thank you for the great information and inspiration. Great channel and i love the content. Keep up the great work 👍!

I don't know if fat free cheese is unhealthy or not. I've never looked into it since I can't get it either way. The brand I use is Saputo mozzarellissima. At 70 cals per serving it falls almost halfway in beween the macros of fat free (40c) and whole fat mozza (90c) blend that Nick uses. Plus I think it tastes the best of my available options.

I dont understand the Sausage part for the burger... You could save a lot of calories and dont miss out on flavour if you would just take lean ground beef or ground turkey and season it properly🤷♂️ italian sausages have a lot of fat.
@happycarrot81668 ай бұрын
The Italian sausage he used is turkey. I've used that exact product and it's a good hack for easy flavor and low calories. I've also mixed it with plain ground turkey, which is cheaper, but with the flavor from the sausage. It's good!

That is NOT how you make a smash burger. You missed the entire "smash" part. You make a ball of meat then set it on the burner then smash it hard directly on the heat. This allows for a huge amount of browning which if you skip the smash you completely lose out on.

Nothing against you but like you don't really need to eat that much protein. Usually 0.7 g per body weight is enough. But if it makes you feel full go ahead. There's just no benefit of going way over in terms of muscle gain. But if protein stops you from overeating then that would be a benefit. But I've noticed no matter what type of food that I eat, I always overeat even if it is protein or carbs.
