Hey Nick, love your videos. The fact that I can prep all my food on Sunday, spend $6 a day to eat pizza, chicken wings and ice cream, and still lose two pounds a week passively is genuinely mind-blowing. That garlic buffalo sauce is incredible, but sometimes I miss my favorite wings that I couldn't make and keep within my goals -- At least until you released this video with a lower-calorie alternative to Thai sweet chili sauce. Now I can have that guilt-free too! If you've got some time, try it out for yourself: Simmer 1 cup sriracha, 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce and 1 tbsp honey for six minutes. Add 1 tbsp (or to taste) fish sauce and mix -- you can sub out fish sauce for salt if you're afraid of it, but again you're bringing it down a couple notches. Toss the wings in the sauce until coated, then add fresh cilantro and toss again. Plate and top with more fresh cilantro and garnish with lime wedges. This should be enough sauce for about 5lb of wings.

Why in the world would you want to add anything I would had nothing watermelon itself is delicious by itself. Grind it up, drink it. If you want to strain it strain it and drink it. Ice cold don’t need nothing but just pure cold watermelon.

Yo, my local pizzeria uses whole wheat bread flour for all of their pies. The residents never knew this. But I knew it. It's disgusting. I'm from philly, and the pizza I had after moving out was a total drag. I found some good places but everybody says their crusts is the best. And I ate some and I looked at it and I tasted it some .ore and it reminded me of when I accidently added too much whole wheat bread flour into a recipe. That's what these idiots are raving about.

I've used that chili garlic sauce from the bottle before, and it took me a while to figure that while it was way too overpowering by itself, when I added it to other sauces and to side dishes, it made a huge difference in the taste of the meal.

That’s cool, but religion and politics often make some people lose all perspective and give way to ranting and raving and carrying on like emotional children. They either refuse to discuss it with reason or else they prefer argumentum ad hominem, which is a hell of a way to conduct a discussion. Well, anyhow, not long ago, I was talking about the elections and how the campaigns were ignoring the issues, and sticking instead to invective and personal crap that had nothing to do with the substantive problems of running a government (which is all true, as you know if you followed the speeches and so-called debates of the candidates). Anyhow, one of the guys I was talking with said not a word in the whole conversation, except at the end, when he suddenly chuckled and said we were all full of sh*t and why didn't we go live in Russia or China if that was the way we all hated the United States of America? Next thing you know, the whole blooming discussion was more like a brawl and the epithets flew thick and fast and the noise was incredible! Someone said "son of a bitch" and I think he said "bastard!" (I couldn't be sure; it was all so confusing.) Well, anyhow, I was attempting to get it all back on a rational level. I tried, for example, to talk to the one who had started it all, and I asked him just what did he mean we were all full of sh*t? Was he making a statement of fact as he knew it and where was his documentation to back up his claim? I think Socrates would have been proud of the way I refuted his argument. That is, I tried to refute it. But all he could offer by way of rebuttal was more of the same: about how we were all full of sh*t. But he wouldn't say why; he just kept on repeating it. That and the part about Russia and China and communist dupes. And I'll have to confess that I got a bit angry and told him to stuff his ideas up his *ss (which you don't have to tell me is hardly a way to convince anyone in an argument). Then he got salty and threatened to give me a punch in the mouth if I didn't shut up. And I really got hot and the others did, too. And we all beat the sh*t out of Mr. Conservative. And, after all, he had only himself to be blamed. This is still a free country and anyone telling a fellow like me, "Brother, you're full of sh*t" better be good and ready to answer politely when asked if he'd care to say WHY!

with roasted garlic, as opposed to squeezing, it is almost just as easy to pull each individual clove out, is much less messy, and greatly reduces the amount of skin that goes into the sauce with it.

It's so gross how many calories the preservatives alone bring into a kitchen when using pre-made stuff. The fact that just making something at home with minimal (if ANY) sacrifice to the ingredients can split the calorie count in half at worst is INSANE

As much as I agree, and that 90% of these ingredients shouldn't be used period. Without some sort of preservative, we wouldn't have grocery stores. The food would mold before it gets to the store 🤷‍♂️

Can you recommend a different scale? The one you use they don’t sell anymore. I have your books and it’s been difficult because the scale I have don’t pick up the g you’re suggesting for smaller ingredients. Would you be able to switch out your instructions to teaspoons/tablespoons instead of grams when it comes to the smaller mix ins like salt guar gum etc?

I tried out this recipe. Sadly my cutlets didn’t get browned for some reason in the air fryer. But, I ended up reducing the sauce down. I found the flavor needed about 15 minutes of simmering to improve.
