@@arielshahar8150 Basically the only difference is calories. You can eat more of the same stuff. Calories In > Calories Out = Bulk. Calories In < Calories Out = Cut. Heavy on the protein helps for a cut, but it would also help for a clean bulk. It's just harder to do than getting your extra calories from carbs/fat.

Hey man, just wanted to say that your videos are awesome. I've been cooking for a long time so I know the basics, but I've really appreciated learning how to use the Creami as well as vital wheat gluten as a major component of dough. I can't even imagine how useful your channel is for someone who's new to cooking. You really maximize recipes for easiness, tastiness, health, while keeping cost low. You're having a positive impact on people's lives. That must feel great

Love this dude's content. Got the cookbook and been using it for weeks now. Didn’t expect it to be so good for single serving dishes and have loved everything I've made from it. I think my only nitpick would be that there's no straight forward way to do a creamii version of the blender icecreams in the book. A bunch of the blender icecreams are really good but are either higher calorie, take more time, or are just more volume than I want sometimes. I've had some success adjusting it on my own but it's gonna take me a while to figure out good ways to do it.

Hey just bought the book, I have one small piece of feedback I hope you can implement. Under Macros the serving size is not clear. For example something like the $1 pizza may say "1 serving", but I think being more clear would help a lot. Unless you watch the video beforehand or during the reader may never use the recipe because they may assume one serving could mean 1 slice. It makes using the book a little frustrating because it feels as if you NEED to watch the KZbin video. Keep up the great work!

your home made pizza is infinitely better than any chain pizza. but if your clients are telling you that they can't tell the difference between yours and a "real" pizza, then they have never had a real pizza. but if you want a pizza but don't want one from the unhealthy chain shop down the street, then this is pretty much as close as you're gonna get to a "real" pizza while being healthy and less expensive as well.

Yes, this is caused by the inconsistencies of packaging nutrition labels and the fact that they're allowed to be off and round down calories. He has no legal disclaimers at the beginning of his videos (cookbook?) either. So, I hope he las lots of insurance to protect himself. Because it will just take ONE PERSON who ends up sick, in the hospital or dead for him to be sued into the ground. I will say I think his intentions are good. BUT, that will not help in in a court of law without some type of legal disclaimer to protect himself.
