Make a high protein peanut butter replacement by hydrating PB2 with pasteurized egg whites. I like it with a few drops of monkfruit sweetener, salt, and a dash of cinnamon, but it's not necessary. The texture is extremely close to the real deal. The world needs to know. Try it, and put it in your cookbook. You're welcome.

If he mentioned the calories in the video I missed it, but I tried to calculate them myself to see if this was a recipe I was gonna try. Using myfitness pal & the web for the calorie numbers from the protein: 80g of AP flour= 277 Kcal. 21g of butter= 155 Kcal. 2 servings of PEScience Gourmet Vanilla 2 x 116 Kcal = 232 Kcal. 2 eggs 2 x 66 Kcal= 112 Kcal. 1 egg white 17 Kcal. So that comes to a total of 793 Kcal for what appears to be one serving of cookie dough. I understand what for one person might be a high calorie meal, might be a low calorie meal for another. I am trying to lose weight at the moment and just under 800 calories for what is basicly a snack is too high for me, but hey if you are bulking and have a high metabolism, this might be a good additon to your diet.

There is 400 million tons produced each year and the last recall was 3.5 years ago and didn’t even have any reports of the illness (salmonella), but was precautionary. They dont have an exact number online, but just by doing some simple math thats over 400 trillion tons eaten every year and the last out break was 3.5 years ago which idk what is above a trillion. Google just said quadrillion. So yeah, 1.2 quadrillion tons were eaten since the last outbreak. The numbers just don’t support your accusation.

For some reason, I hadn't made this since I made the original a year ago or so. I won't be making that mistake again. These are absolute fire! Came together in 10 minutes, and tastes off-the-charts amazing. My wife, who usually hates protein-based recipes, even enjoyed this. I made the chocolate chip, but didn't have chocolate chips on hand so I mixed in some Oreo crumbs, and have been snacking on this all day. I even tried to mix it into my nightly Creami, though that didn't come out very well IMO, curious how you'll do that. (It mixed too much with the ice cream so wasn't even visible in the end product.) The only thing I'd change is that I used a protein powder that isn't quite as good as PEScience, still waiting for a shipment from them to arrive with a batch of powders. Love this recipe so much! Will be making it again every time it runs out, I think! :)

Amazing peanut butter cookies Recipe (its very simple) 1 cup rolled oats (replaced flour, i used gluten-free bob's red mill) 1 cup peanut butter (i used adams 100% natural peanut butter; creamy) 1 ripe organic banana, mashed (replaces egg) 1 inch organic vanilla bean (replaces extract) 3/4 cup 100%pure organic Maple syrup (i used crown maple) step-by-step: 1. start by placing oats in a food processor (or blender if you don't have a processor.) and pulse til a floury powder. sifting oat 'flour' is optional. 2. in a bowl mix peanut butter and maple syrup. then add the banana and oat flour. 3. take the section of vanilla bean and slice it length wise to open center. with back of knife scrape the insides of the bean and add to mix. discard bean husk remains. 4. preheat Oven to 350 5. mix ingredients to a 'wet' dough. its ok if it looks over moist. place in fridge to chill while waiting for oven to preheat. 6. take wax or parchment paper and place on a cookie tray then take a cookie scooper and place a cookie dough on tray. then take a fork and smash them down in the traditional peanut butter cookie fashion (a crises-cross). and place in over. (at this point if you don't know how to bake cookies we might need to work on your cooking skills :P ) 7. cook for ~20 minutes or until dark golden brown. 8. let cool for minimum 5 mins. added options: for a special treat add organic chocolate drizzle, or coat the top with chocolate. 1. use a double boiler or a pan and ceramic bowl with water and place chip into bowl (make sure there is plenty of water on bottom pot) 2. bring water to a boil(high heat) while occasionally stirring chocolate chips. reduce to a simmer (medium to medium-high heat) til chocolate runs smooth off the tongs of a dinner fork. 3a. for drizzle use fork to spread chocolate in a sweeping motion. or 3b. for covered spoon chocolate over cooled cookies and spread til covered. and last step: ENJOY and Share

Stupid question but if we wanted to bake the dough into actual cookies what would you recommend? Set the oven to 350F for 7-9min or until golden brown?
