Hello sir i am suffering from Mild supraspinatus tendinopathy in left shoulder from last 1 year. It's very painful for me. I can't do my physical activities properly. I am in stress now please help me to recover my injury. I also did your prescribed exercises but it doesn't worked. So please reply me

If the supraspinatus is thin you should avoid any outward workout like that. Keep it with the elbows in to avoid any tear

👉Mild supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendinosis; 👉Rotator interval edema; 👉Tenosynovitis of the long head of the bicipital tendon; 👉Minimal effusion in the subacromial-subdeltoid bursa and superior subscapularis recess. Thank you for any reply/advice and necessary exercises you could possibly share with my shoulder problem. God bless us all

I have supraspinatus tendon diagnosed last october, after physiotherapy my pain is back. I was doing these kind of exercises but I feel like tomorrow I feel a bit of pain because of them.. what should I do?

Sorry to hear about the shoulder pain! I'd check back in with your physiotherapist to figure out what the best approach is and to modify the exercises if needed.

Cela dépend de la tolérance du tissu. Certaines personnes peuvent tolérer plus (3 séries de 10 par exemple), tandis que d'autres doivent commencer plus bas (peut-être 10 répétitions). Je ne suis pas sûr de la qualité de la traduction, j'ai donc également inclus le texte anglais. It depends on the tolerance of the tissue. Some people can tolerate more (3 sets of 10 for example), while others need to start lower (maybe 10 reps).

The subscapularis is an internal rotator of the shoulder. So to load the subscapularis, you'd probably want to focus more on that movement.
