Guys I started this workout 2 weeks ago, and I am seeing results! I didn't think it would happen that quick but if you work hard and do the exercises right, it will come to you. Ps, my workout routine is 25 minutes long and I do: 20 donkey kicks 20 fire hydrants 30 side step to step squats 30 side lunges 30 squat jumps 20 leg lift lunges 50 regular squats (+30 squat pulses if you want) Trust me, it seems like a lot but it's only 25 minutes out of your day and it helped me so much!! Everyone's different but hope these tips help!

But the only thing that's always bugged me about these video is how the person never has a before pic of what their hips -- or any part of their body for that matter -- before improving their physique. you should go to the gym and do these exercises + squats, deadlifts and lungees with relative heavy weights. Dont be afraid to use weights to build that butt. for example you build more with 15 reps heavy weight than with 30 reps body weight.

I love that you did this as a home workout! That's all that I do. I'm a mom of 2 and I basically NEVER have time to go to the gym, so I do all of my working out at home! It's just easier that way. I've been looking for some good workouts to fix "hip dips". Mine aren't terrible, but I notice them and I want them GONE! LOL. started this workout today, did the whole thing and definitely felt the burn! I'll be doing this combined with cardio (lots and lots of walking and interval sprinting) I've been doing plus the workouts my little brother and I do every night. I have also cut out sugar completely from my every day eating and I eat salads quite often, drink nothing but water (and occasionally Naked fruit drinks with no added sugar.) I'll post updates on this thread. :)

I will update you guys on my results. I will be doing this everyday Day 1: Just finished the exercices and I am hella tired but so far I see no differences lol Day 2: I see no differences in my body but I AM less tired than yesterday and I feel the burn better. Like I can really feel it on my side booty Day 3: no results Day 4: Rest day Day 5: I didnt feel the burn as much so idk if thats a bad thing Day 6: I see no results Day 7: I didnt feel the burn as much.... but I DO think my ass is more lifted up. Day 8: I only feel the burn in my legs... The burn I felt on my side booty is gone Day 9: Rest day Day 10: I could feel the burn a little bit bettee Day 11: Didnt have time to do them Day 12: again didnt have time (I am going on a trip)

Angelica Alayon that's common its called muscule imbalance. Your going have to activate the weak glute and when you do leg and butt day start with the weak muscle first.

Wow you hit the nail on the head! I'd always be so frustrated with the way my love handles look in relation to my toned hips and didn't realize it was a hip dip thing. My hips are tight and smooth but it doesn't look good in comparison to my soft love handles and meaty underbutt (my butt also sits low). I would do these workouts during an aerobics video I have and would always notice the most improvement after doing those specific workouts for a few weeks. This video lets me know I was on the right track and I will keep pushing! Thanks for this video!

Hey girl. Two things. If you want to gain size..mass..you have to eat and lift heavy. Otherwise you will just have that "toned" look. To build muscle you need to be eating in a caloric surplus. That means eating more calories than you burn. You need to track your calories for a day or two to see what you are eating. And then you need to slowly increase your calories until you start seeing results. Don't be scared that you're gonna get fat or anything. Your body needs those extra calories to build extra muscle! Also, whatever your weight, you need to eat that in grams for protein. Example if you weigh 130 lbs, you need to be eating 130 grams of protein per day. And then lift heavy! Start with just the barbell which is 45lbs and steadily increase your weight when you are able. Research bulking, how to gain muscle, macros, etc. Sorry that was long but hope it helps. its genetics, some girls have a bigger butt bcz they gain muscle and fat really fast on the ass. It might be than even after years of correct training and eating you will never have an ass like Vicky. I know its sad but dont loose hope bcz you will have a great ass but it just cant be identical bcz of genetics, baybe it will even look better who knows. But yea like they already wrote here to you your best bet is to go to the gym and lift weights (squats, deadlifts, lungees, romanian deadlifts , leg press, leg curls, leg extensions are just some exercises to build your legs and ass). And yea you also have to eat in order to gain muscle on your legs and ass. Its not eay we are talking a transformation of 1-2 years here so stop thinking in days start planning your journey bcz when you end it in 2 years you will have a great ass. So start now bcz more good looking asses around = more of us men are happy :D:

solmyr2 Ya it's genetics on this chick for sure no doubt. But that doesn't mean another girl cannot shape to make her ass look nice. If one does heavy weight training, eats correct and does all that jazz IT IS POSSIBLE and probably possible to even get a better ass than Vicky too. Vicky is beautiful but never put other women down, it's not rocket science to get an ass, or body infact it just takes work. Like you said 1-2 year transformation if she is starting from scratch. Well in the century we live in physical features are getting looked down on. You need to be "thick" for a guy to like you. It's stupid. Some of us aren't "thick" and it ruins our self-confidence. If I could make hip dips a good thing I would.

@@trixieagustina6163 That's a BIG generalisation. I work in a male dominated field, and have three brothers and I have found that at the end of the day, men have different tastes. Some like very voluptuous women, some prefer thick women, some very fit muscular women, and some very skinny, flat chested model types with minimal curves. And you know some who just like a woman because she's a woman whatever her shape or size. Whatever you look like, you are bound to be somebody's ideal woman.

Lauryne Love. Not to concerned with weather you believe I did or didn't watch the whole video. Suffer... on the other hand is a poor choice of word. And is making an issue out of something that is really normal. I lift heavy weights and don't really bother with just body exercises. Her video is a very good place to begin to build up your but. But hip dip is not a thing someone " suffers" from.
