I love how real and raw you are! You don't undercut it or try to make sure you do it flawlessly, you take breaks when need be and you work through it with us! Most workout videos, they make it seem so effortless and easy meanwhile I'm over here grunting, taking short pause,s and feeling the burn wondering if I'm just that out of shape. Gonna do this workout for a little bit I’ll update results :) Mostly eating veggies fruits and protein with some carbs and upping my water intake! My current waist measurement is 67 cm. Day 1: Did ok!! It was a bit hard at first but I got it done. Can’t wait to do this more!! I’m also doing cardio with this workout, and I try to walk a lot through out the day. Day 2: Finished! Did good! Still the same. I did some walking on the treadmill with this workout. Can’t wait to see results! Day 3: Did it twice today :) It was a tad bit easier today, don’t see any changes tho (which I expected lol) but can’t wait to see what happens! Day 4: Got it done! It’s gotten a little bit easier, although I don’t see much change. Excited to finish this! Day 5: Got it done twice :) It’s pretty easy now, and I really like it. I kinda see a little bit more ab definition? But idk for sure lol. Day 6: Did it twice again. It’s gotten easy now! I see a little bit of definition still! Day 7: Got it done twice :) I did this with cardio. It was pretty fun. My abs still somewhat look the same but my waist looks pretty good. Results: So my waist before was 67 cm and now it’s 66 cm :) I lost one cm so not a ton but a little bit! I’m gonna do this for a little bit more but then switch to a different waist workout so I don’t get to used to this one.

I remember back in 2021 I watched one of you full body workouts, the 7 minute one to be exact. I did it every morning before school and I absolutely loved it and thought you were really inspiring!! doing this along with vacuum workouts : Day 1: Did this, EVERYTHING burned! I naturally have semi-abs and it totally outlined them even more this time. Day 2: Already seeing results, the exercise was a bit easier this time around. Day 3: Results are actually coming in pretty quick, exercise wasnt hard at all! I’ve been doing this for almost a week every morning and I’ve noticed visible results. Exclaimer: everybody’s different and we all have different starting points but you have to be consistent and persevere. Try this for 2-4 weeks, at least, and see where you are. Wish you the best and no goal is met without a little sweat xo ❤

There’s a possibility your metabolism plays a big part in there but so far it’s been working for me I eat what I want and stay consistent in my exercises by Vicki. I have three kids I wish You can see how flat my tummy is

your gut produces 95% of your serotonin. and it also relates to how clear your skin is, wrinkles exc. i would say you can eat mostly whatever you want but less than 22g of sugar a day. a lot of things have sugar that you wouldn’t even guess! also make sure you’re adding in more than taking out, meaning get your fruits and veggies in w that pizza or whatever unhealthy you want to eat
